The strength of the Supreme Court process is the nine supreme judges have and their panels they uses. I think that this was one of the major strengthen. On February 19, 1942, President Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066, which removed Japanese aliens and American citizens who were of Japanese descent from their homes on the West Coast of the United States. The order incarcerated them in internment camps. They knew that even though they were treated poorly, they felt they needed to prove their worth and loyalty to the country if they wanted to remain This is an attitude that still seems prevalent today with so many immigrants coming into the country and trying to remain.
