The strength of the Supreme Court process is the nine supreme judges have and their panels they uses. I think that this was one of the major strengthen. With the nine Supreme Court justices you get nine different opinions about a particular case. Another, strength is based on everyone having the opportunity of stating their case, according to how u present your case will predict whether or not your case will be accepted or declined. The weakness of the Supreme Court process was stated in the video when the judge made notations about when you make and opinion about the things you say, things you couldve say, and the things you wish to say. These are the most important things to say when stating a case. The Supreme Court itself has a lot of power in many different was. You have so much to discuss and choose from when focusing and describing different situations. Race was a critical issue during the years of World War II. Hitler was one of the people who were punishing people because of their race. Hitler began rounding up people that he felt did not fit into his grand design and placing them in concentration camps. Other citizens of America did not want any Japanese in our country either simply because of the attack at Pearl Harbor. On February 19, 1942, President Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066, which removed Japanese aliens and American citizens who were of Japanese descent from their homes on the West Coast of the United States. The order incarcerated them in internment camps. They knew that even though they were treated poorly, they felt they needed to prove their worth and loyalty to the country if they wanted to remain This is an attitude that still seems prevalent today with so many immigrants coming into the country and trying to remain.
