An issue of concern is improving quality and safety in our production department. Within the report we want to use the most current state-of-the-art process to ensure the issues can be resolved. When doing the report we also want to tie together the organization change that occurred throughout the tasks. Different types of methodologies and tools we can use are Total Quality Management process which involves using multi-function teams. The ISO9000 is a standard for business quality system development. Six sigma refers to a controlled methodology. We need to pick a methodology process that will work well for Custom Food & Feed Corporation. As being a newly hired human resource manager for Custom Food & Feed Corporation technical division the job contained certain issues that needed addressing. The first, being able to diagnose the organization, so that change can happen to meet its desired state. Within diagnosing it deals with the dynamics of the company. These give us an action that we can improve performances within the corporation. The next phase was to come up with a strategy for change with the business. We can do this by introducing and using a baseline to measure pivotal points on where we are and where we are going to meet these changes. A plan strategy helps the success of the change process. The last step was implementing change where we used different interventions to boost our employees motivation along with morale that gave the empowerment to accept change. We pulled away
Crisis in the workplace
We are now in early stage of a crisis that we cannot stop anymore. We need to find a path, and it will take some time to find a solution. One of the solutions in question is a plan for social change: a more effective collective bargaining plan. As the name implies, a plan will be set up and put in place at the beginning of the transition period. This means that a plan will provide a measure of success, and there will also be tools (the tools, for example) that work to assist employees with their transition, working to improve how workers work, and to help them deal with stress/concerns. These tools will be used to inform and encourage people how to manage and get work done, including the needs of employees, who have not had the support systems to manage their work or to keep a sense of purpose within the company.
One of the more important tools for this plan will come in part by providing an example of social change, or the work force participation and participation programs, that the company would like to support. We want to make our employees aware of the importance of change and the need to engage with the members of the workforce. We want people to say, “I’m tired or tired of doing more.” When the employee is tired or tired we need to look at this as a negative.
At this point, I’d like to say that I know that if I’m honest with you, Social Change cannot be a one size fits all thing. People feel like they have to be more effective.
A great method of social change can be a plan that takes into account employees’ needs as well as the company’s needs. To this end we should think of this as a group change tool. In short, it will be people that have to make it happen for them on their own by building a positive experience with the situation they’re in, and that helps them get on with their real mission. In addition, it is going to be employers that work with the union and will give them the tools to assist them in achieving their desired outcomes. By partnering with some of the great employers that we have, we can bring about a new level of social change. At this very moment, we can be sure that the plan is working. We’re not done yet.
The question arises, “Will Social Change help me do better?”
The answer to that question would seem to be “I might change for the better.” We don’t know. What can we do? Are we going to do better? If social change is done, how are employees going to respond? Are they going to start looking for alternatives to their current methods of working? Are they going to do better with changing the way they operate in order to cope with this changing reality?
In the end, maybe we can take a step towards understanding and embracing this important step. Maybe we can start with working on something as simple as not getting work done, or working on things like changing an eating disorder. It is always better when we find common ground to work on while keeping ourselves and our coworkers entertained or happy.
