The Company will ask for certain information from the consumer such as email address and or an account number. This information will allow users to complete the tasks they need to do and give the company all information they need to assist them to complete their task. An excellent way to benefit from this would be to collect the information that cannot recognize a consumer, such as website habits, or keeping track of the total of times the public or consumers have been to the website. By doing this, will helps the company improve its website to assist the consumer.
