The Profile of NestleThe ancient’s year of Nestle Company; Before Nestle Company became the world know brand, they were first called the Anglo- Swiss Condensed Milk Company in the year 1866. A developer name Henri Nestle had develop an infant food which became a major success in the year 1867 and in 1905 the Company of Henri Nestle came into agreement to merge with Anglo- Swiss to form the renown Nestle Group. [pic 1]The year 1905, Nestle and Anglo Swiss has acquire over 20 factories, so the company decided to use overseas subsidiaries as a platform to establish a sales network that reached Africa, Asia, Latin America and Australia. In the World War One, the Group gain an opportunity which brought a benefit to the firm and this period of enrichment was known as the Belle Époque or “Beautiful Age” and became a global dairy company.In the year 1905, when these two Companies come together, they had two headquarters in Vevey and Cham and later open a third office in London to carriageway dairy export sales, and as the company continued grow they expand their products which include unsweetened condensed milk and sterilised milk. The Group has now become global brand having its presence in over 100 countries. Nestle Group was able to gain this merit through decentralization and the reason is that every division in their various countries is responsible in operating the firm efficiently. The extent of their decentralization includes the accord of recruiting staff and variety of product range that will suit the cultural preferences.

The name of the community was Friesland Compina.
