The fictional organization that I have chosen is the Patton-Fuller Community Hospital. The community hospital has been operating since 1975 and bases its full existence on customer service as well as accurate service. “At Patton-Fuller Community Hospital, we treat the most important health concerns – yours. We provide healthcare services designed to meet your needs at every stage of your life. Patient care is our most important job. We want to make sure your experience is as pleasant as possible”. The first thing that the hospital feels that is a problem is their Patient management system, the hospital wants an evaluation for the development of a patient management system for the tracking of patient check-in, appointments and surgery. The hospital thinks that this will give their patients a more unified experience. This is a good way to keep
