We have recently visited this place in order to view their Restaurant related problem and their main issues they always face by their customer.
We know that every service has some failure. Sometimes it happens consciously and sometimes it happens unconsciously. Basically service failure occurs when the service cannot meet the demand of the customer needs and wants. In order to make any service successful the manager must be focused on customer needs and wants. When they located this restaurant at 2009, in front of their building there are empty space for enough car parking, but now in 2017 more building and more restaurant comes besides their restaurant building.
