Team on Team Refection
I and four other team members formed the group. The topic chosen by our group was basically about spreading financial literacy amongst the young generation to achieve better understanding of money management. In which banks were involved as an investment body, who in return were getting customers through these programs.
However it was a learning experience and doing so I definitely grasp more knowledge and understanding than I could have done by myself. We shared various prospect from different angles and logic. The allocation of workload and work was decided by our team leader under mutual agreement of our team members without any argument. We felt free to share our thoughts and understandings and without a doubt; the experience was made enjoyable and fun. Several meeting were conducted but we mostly communicated on “WHATSAPP” regarding any difficulty or queries.
Due to vague knowledge about the project as I joined in late; missing lectures and group discussion, I ended up making mistakes during the presentation like per say I wasn’t able to reply to Q & A’s to the point. The main Question that arose from the audience was in fact the reasoning of initiation of the program and involvement of the banks in it. Which we failed to provide clear picture too and were helped by the teacher in explaining our logic behind it.
Even before going into the feedbacks the main achievement that we focused to work on in the future are the blunders and problems that happened during the presentation and turning them into perfections as pointed out by our reviewers and fellow classmate.
Firstly, I will discuss the feedbacks from the reviewing team that serendipitously gave us a score of 4.5 overall, honestly! Which we were not expecting. But they did mention about our slides not being clear and informative enough which let audience hanging confused.
