Stress
Stress can evolve from many events that happen throughout each and every day. For example, my stressors include: pressure from work, girlfriend problems, money, school, or basically anything that has occurred that has hindered my mood in any way. There are two different forms of stress, long term and short term stress. Long term stress can range anywhere from an illness in your family to the amount of debt that you have to pay off once you graduate from college. Long term stress effects people more than short term stress does on average, because most of the time these things are more of an importance to your life. Short term stress is pretty much just the opposite. Some short term stressors are: a bad grade on a test, messing up at work, breaking up with a significant other, or worrying about the clothes that you are going to wear that evening. There are so many different workouts that can easily take your mind off of anything that has been bothering you, and focus it on getting the best results. After a long hard workout at the gym, although your body is physically tired, its also staying flexible and able to do everyday things. I feel like implementing the gym into my schedule will help me tremendously to lessen the amount of stress there is in my life.
Sleep is one of the most important elements to keeping the brain functioning as well as it should be. Without sleep, a person cannot perform regular tasks as easily as they normally would. Although it may not seem so, getting a full nights sleep of eight or so hours will help your brain recuperate from the tasks it had performed the day before. Sleeping wise, my normal routine is not what I would like it to be. I plan to start to go to bed earlier than I am used to, this way I will not be tired the next day while Im doing simple tasks. By going to bed early, my sleep schedule will be changed for the better. Currently,
