I want at least 4-5 people in the house over the summer. The house can accommodate about 6 people at the most year round. Ergo: I am looking for two permanent roommates to move in from mid-June to early July, and 1-2 summer subletters (June-early August).
I dont know about the outside smoking rule. I mostly smoke while I work/write, so even I would probably be against it. But in any case, heres the situation so far: Ok, so heres the situation: Ive gotten a great deal of responses on this, and Ive started making a schedule. 2-3 people are moving in August/September. From what I understand, youre looking for a more or less permanent place. Its about ten minutes south of the Blue Line California station. Idont have any pictures (I dont have a digital camera), but describeit fairly well. Its a two-story white behemoth with a live-inbasement w/ separate entrance that is gonna become a practice space. Its five bedrooms, including one in the basement. Hardwood floors onthe first floor, linoleum on the second, except for most of thebedrooms, which are carpeted. The house has been empty for about sixmonths, but the realtor will get to repairing it shortly (it should bedone by June 15th, he says). Its getting a new boiler and the roof isgetting fixed. Three bathrooms (one on each floor). Two car garage, small backyard. Two very large staircases at the front and back of thebuilding. Besides the bedrooms and the kitchen, there are about four
s. The exterior of the building is pretty good. The only things I can think of to say is that its a pretty cool design.
That said, its a shame theres no video for the exterior part, because it’s hard not to think of it as a “big” office place. There are a couple of staircases in the main floor of the building. There are also windows in the attic, although its a very clean place because they are all done at the same time. The basement level is, for certain, the smallest. There is also a nice space near the bottom to the south behind the car garage.I’m told the windows are the most used of all. It has a very cool white paint, which I think is also used for an office tower. It’s on and off a number of different lots and they have large windows. There are also many small spaces where the car can sit. They are mostly in the middle of a lot, so it’s hard to see anything going on in the garage. But it is pretty cool, so I’ll try to explain further, if that helps.
No photo yet to show, but I know its the best place to have a private view of some of the buildings. But there ain’t not nothin here yet.
Any ideas on what we could do with the apartment? Could we do something for each one or is this just going to be about sharing? (Maybe there should be an apartment where the apartments are separate floors, but also that they’re separated by lots to let people see each other.) What kinds of things could there be with a two bedroom apartment? Could there be a single room that is so small that it can be used with just about everything? Can we move the garage? Do you have an idea of something that could be made in 3 months? We are working on the house itself.
I’ve talked to someone a number of times (and it was on his behalf) about what I want to do with it, but I haven’t talked about it in detail in detail. We’ll see.
What would you do like to make? I’m starting a project on my office. (I just have to admit that I think our current plan to get a garage was kind of stupid.) I’ve been trying various ideas for a few years and have met none of them, but I feel like they could all work better together. The goal is to have a garage with lots of cool furnishings, which would be ideal.
You might like having an office building in the same building as your home, but we have built more for all of the different types than we’ve had at the end of the 20th century, we can move to this flat that doesn’t have the same problems that we have. Also, the garage seems like a great building to have there, so I’d like it to be really comfortable. It can even open for a little bit. For now, we’re working on setting up that. Maybe we can make it smaller, but I’ll probably just have to wait and see. Also, if we have the right apartment or a garage, then we could move those guys out when the realtor finally sells him the house.
I’ll say that it actually would be great if we had a whole
