People who also scoring high in this trait are well-like, sympathetic behaviour at work as well. On the other hand, low agreeableness people are cold, disagreeable, and antagonistic.Emotional stability describes a person’s ability to withstand stress. People with positive emotional stability tend to be calm, self-confident, and secure while they behave at work it helps to carry things in different positive ways.
