Mariam Jalloul ENG 131Makros22, February 2017Working in a Daycare Although exhausting, working at a daycare has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my entire life. I learned the true meaning of patience, as well as the importance of being responsible for the well-being the children. My duty with Ensure their safety as well as providing a nurturing environment that was educational as well as fun and interesting. Most people things that children are easily amused and therefore there is no need to and put a lot of energy the words keeping them happy and healthy. What these people fail to realize is that each child is unique with their hobbies, talents, gifts, aspirations, and personalities. Children are much more complex than most people realize. There are multiple ways to approach each situation and each child responds differently. Most people think that my job is boring and that all I do is change diapers and feed children. They Canton Steel the amount of gratification that a job like this can bring. Teaching a child how to use the potty on their own, or learning how to use an eating utensil Nissin bike an extremely silly time to celebrate, not for the child Etsy to be a life-altering experience that brings confidence, happiness, and pride. This change that happen in these children that I have looked after for years is the most rewarding experience anyone can experience. I have witnessed hundreds of children grow up in front of my eyes and go through these changes and my reaction is always the same. It is always satisfying because I got to take part of something extremely special that will shape the way each of these children turn out, and every transformation in every child is unique in its own special way. Although my title has the word teacher in it, these children are the ones that have taught me many things over the years and I will continue to learn while I teach. They have taught me to be patient, caring, responsible, and helped me develop a sense of responsibility rarely learned in most jobs. I do not have any children of my own, I know that when the day comes, I will welcome the challenge of motherhood with confidence knowing that the skills I learned at this job has prepared me for it. I am forever grateful that I landed such rewarding career, and I hope that I will continue to get the opportunity to influence the lives of all children for the years to come.
