Since Hitler became chancellor in 1933 he has basically been building up Germanys self-esteem. After surrendering to the allies in The Great War, and after the signing of the treaty of Versailles, Germany was humiliated, defeated and suffering greatly. With all the soldiers been sent home at once unemployment rose, over 6 million workers had no jobs, and were starving. Germany was out of money.
The Nazi party rose right alongside the unemployment rate and with that Adolf Hitler came to power. He made all the right promises to people who desperately wanted some hope, and keep most of these promises. This is one of the few considerable influences that Adolf had on German lives. He built on to and developed the German culture, over-all he re built Germany and made it strong again. Many Germans trusted him, and even if they didnt, they wouldnt dare speak against him.
But action does not always bring happiness, as the Jews soon found out. This brings me to another of Hitlers impacts. With Hitler been in control of the media and anything else he wanted, he was able to control the way people think. What was determined right and wrong was now at the hand of Adolf, and he used it to manipulate Germans into thinking Jews and others who were different (gays, handicapped, blacks) were the reason behind Germanys suffering. Innocent people were slayed because of Nazi beliefs, but what Hitler said went.
Hitler did have a considerable influence on peoples lives in Germany and Europe. To many people he had a major negative impact, for example the Jews, but for non-Jew Germans his influence could actually be called positive.
