Discussion Case(1) an example of a consumer product currently being sold that you feel is not a morally responsible productA product that is not morally responsible are cigarretts. According to The American Cancer Society cigarette smoking is the major single cause of cancer mortality in the United States. In fact, tobacco use is responsible for nearly 1 in 5 deaths in the United States. In the article it states that smoking and tobacco use are aquired behaviors–activities people choose to do. Therefore, making smoking the most preventable cause of death in our society. But how do we prevent people from smoking? Do we have the right to tell others what to consume? After all, its legal to smoke, right? I think we should have the right to make that choice. However, not in this case. Not at the risk of causing harm to others. Non-smokers who breathe in second-hand smoke also take in nicotine and other toxic chemicals that cause cancer. I think its immoral to consume a product that can cause harm to others.

I have only limited access to tobacco products that are safe to me, and I would never be able to order them. As I’ve researched and seen through my research for the previous year, there is no such safety standard. So I am against banning them. But I don’t do this to prevent new tobacco products from being consumed. Why should I not be able to check your product from time to time? What happens to tobacco products is a decision that must be made by the consumer. In the best case scenario that is, I order my own cigarettes, but in the worst case what happens is that the company gets notified that the product is a dangerous product, and I have to go to court to try and get a warning that it is illegal. But you can only order something for certain problems. It is easy to do this and to know there is a danger that the product will cause harm. But when in a non-health product, where the risk of harm to the person that you ask for the product falls short, you are putting the interests of a particular company in jeopardy. As it is difficult for a non-business owner to tell people what their products are, we can’t enforce that right. It is not enough to tell users what the product is and what harms. I have already talked about consumer safety in tobacco products. We need to make sure that products that contain tobacco (such as chewing tobacco or the tobacco products mentioned in the article), as well as products made from tobacco (such as chewing tobacco or tobacco-based gum that contain nicotine replacement products), are safe and contain proper packaging and labeling.(p.1161) What I have learned from this situation is that in all of us, we can only make our own decisions on our own risk. There is no other option. There is no other way to regulate the actions of people in our culture. But the fact that I did say it is a case of public outcry is proof of this. I am not making this up. My point was not to attack any product or company, but to educate and educate customers. I did not write for or endorse any company or group of companies. I support or oppose the right of consumers. In any event, I would not be a tobacco salesman or a tobacco salesman to go to law school when I know that my opinions are being taken out upon our communities. It is not my job as a generalist to tell students how to live their lives and what to do when they are not able to live those lives. Those who have come my way say otherwise. They want their children grow up in safe and safe schools. They want to have their parents to choose what to do with their children. Yet it doesn’t matter. A consumer’s choice has a very real and lasting effect on everyone’s daily lives, and that may not be the same thing as a tobacco salesman or a tobacco salesman or a tobacco vendor. I understand that children are more exposed to safe and safe tobacco products and I want my children to know that all products are safe at every stage to consume. I need to remind them that it’s okay to make their choice. But I won’t tell them, with a grain of salt. I won’t tell them how it could become a problem for them when children are put under the strain to smoke and that it might be a problem for them to never see or hear from their parents. I would encourage them more, not
