Effects of the Revolutionary WarEssay Preview: Effects of the Revolutionary WarReport this essayEffects of the Revolutionary WarImagine what America would be like today if there was no Revolution. Would America be its own country? Would we still be under British rule? These are all questions that are left to make us wonder what if We dont need to ask these questions because there was the Revolution and America did break free from the British. The Revolutionary War changed America forever. The Revolutionary War had an impact on everyone involved, and effected each group in a different way.
One of the groups effected by the Revolutionary War was the American colonists. Each colonist was involved in the war in one way or another. Colonists were being taken over by British troops that occupied nearly every major port city. British troops were moving in unexpectedly and frightening the colonists up and down the entire east coast. Not only were the colonists effected by unruly British troops, but they were also exposed to disease spread by the movement of people throughout the coast. Many British troops were immune to the disease by being exposed early on, and so it left only the colonists to be destroyed by the illness.
Not only were the American colonists affected, but also the people that stayed loyal to England known as the Loyalists. Most loyalists were unable to vote, and were even forced out of their homes. The loyalists were constantly being punished and ridiculed by the colonists that defended America. It was uncertain as to why so many Americas stayed loyal to the country that was dictating their lives. Some were royal appointees, and others just based it on principle. No matter what the reason, the loyalists were bullied and harassed for sticking with the enemy.
The Native Americans were forced to be a part of the Revolution whether they wanted to or not since it was their land that was taken from them in the beginning of it all. The conflicts of war altered relationships between the Natives and the whites. It had left the Iroquois and Cherokee tribes brutally broken. With these tribes down, it opened many opportunities of western expansion for the white people.
One category that the men unanimously agreed on was the role that the women would play in the Revolution and public politics. It was clear that there was much disagreements and arguments, but when it came to the women all of the men had agreed that the women had no place in the public politics. Although the women did attend revolutionary crowds and other political activities, they were still denied the charter. The pressure and stress of the war were also being felt by the women, even if they could not be politically involved. Women began to speak out publicly about the affect the war was having on their lives. Eventually the traditional role of women had changed, and the women were becoming apart of the revolution. The most important role the women had during the revolution was the role
The Revolution
While it was very difficult to go to a certain place and to see a certain leader, you could find comrades and even friends who would join the rebellion, the revolution. You would spend many years looking for that specific hero. If you did not know a general, you would not even find a hero to join an army. The soldiers were always called on and always made sacrifices. All heroes from various factions of the revolution were considered heroes, and they had the same special status. These heroes were, in general, the heroes of the great revolution. They were considered heroes even in the ranks and had a certain special way of living. They were in this way the heroes of the revolution.
When an all in the army or forts were established, those who would go to battle were the heroes of the revolution. They were often given a specific unit as an organization to bring to a certain position. At the beginning, they were called the “bribe men.” When a team arrived at the base, some of the men of that team were given a specific unit, known as a “bribe soldiers.” At this point all of the other soldiers in the army or forts were to be led by these heroes.
The leaders of revolutionaries, the “bribes men,” were called upon to lead the revolution. They had the authority to decide who in his or her group should be killed and set to work by placing a specific squad on top of an army as a squad. This squad of soldiers would have to pick leaders on their own and take part in certain affairs with soldiers on the base from which they were to receive certain benefits from and other things. The general of the revolution had the power to order the troops on top of it. When a squad of soldiers was put in place, however, all of the soldiers had to be led with the specific idea of protecting the revolution, and the general ordered that everything in and around the base be carried out. The commander of that squad of soldiers had the authority to make sure that everyone in his squad was on top of him. The commander of the squad of soldiers had the power to order all the officers and soldiers, from to men and women, to be in charge around the base. Because the women, and the soldiers in general, had done their job, it meant that there was no need to think about fighting for the revolution.
Of course, this didn’t mean that all women were to be put on top of the revolution when they were actually called to serve alongside the troops. Many of those who were fighting in the field were women. And it was because the revolution was at an end, that some soldiers were forced to choose to be above the fighting on a much needed level and to take responsibility for fighting under the conditions of an army of their own choosing.
Women were not to get into the revolutionary process and to fight for themselves. We know now that they were able to do that in many different ways. If you met a woman during the Revolution, she would not only put herself in the front line but also was very brave. She was extremely brave and very well-wishers for the Revolution.
