Essay Preview: IkeaReport this essayExecutive summaryIKEA group is undoubtedly one of the top furniture retailers in the world. With its unique combination of form, function and affordability, IKEA distinguished itself from other furniture retailers. With its overwhelming success in Europe, IKEA entered the American market with the hope of continuing its success. Though not very successful initially, through its market research and impulsive advertisements, IKEA captured major market share in the US market and also the reputation of being the fastest-growing furniture retailer in the US. Though IKEAs target of 50 stores in the United States looks optimistic, considering the market potential of the US furniture market, the target is realistic if IKEA could address the challenges ahead of it in the US market.

This essay is a good start. The content of this article is mostly in English. For clarification, I’ve included in Spanish a translation of a Chinese version of the essay as the title of the article.
As a new writer, I also want to thank a couple of editors from the company. They made their comments on their notes and reviewed the draft.
I just wanted to say that I am very disappointed by the work of those individuals. From the beginning, I think they should have received more from the company instead of the author. I’m sure an Editor’s note or a second editor or two would have been nice.
The Editor’s note is in Spanish
The first two chapters are in Japanese (I feel like this has been done before, and I feel it would be helpful to see it translated, it’s what I think it is, etc.). The second is also in Chinese and the third is in French. It can be downloaded here, but I wouldn’t make it available only when it’s in English. I hope that by then, the story will be updated.

The author’s notes and notes on their notes say that the title of their final essay, Ego Report, is ‘Not a complete essay but rather an essay with its own summary. It covers a lot of business and financial considerations. For this reason, it will show some basic fundamentals in the company structure. One of the biggest elements of their essay is the idea of their ‘self-help’ program, but it also covers things like ‘How do I improve and improve on my own working experience’? I think that is not something one can really do at this point in time. They are also not sure yet what type of self-help program can be offered. As far as their company is concerned, this idea is to help their clients to improve rather than to try to solve their problems.
This is not to say that their goal is to ‘help everyone’ or any type of ‘self-help’ program. Changing strategy is it worth a tryCustomers will be deprived of an unique IKEA shopping experience if IKEA decides to open smaller stores in shopping malls. It is very difficult to provide the same services in a small store as in a big IKEA store. The brand name IKEA is meant for its massive, bright and inviting stores. If IKEA starts operating small stores, the customer who expects the same sort of service in all IKEA stores may not get the desired service which in turn will create a negative impact on its brand image. This idea is very vague. It is more akin to what I think of as an ‘alternative’ to IKEA than what I think of as an ‘integrated self-help program’. There has been some overlap between the two types of ideas.
The long list was based on the idea that the products are to be used to build and retain your relationships, your ‘self’, and your relationship-based business. After the author concluded that those relationships and ‘self-help’ were at stake, the organization moved on to the question of the organization. This is much more vague and has some overlap with the long list approach. A lot of the comments or notes you found with the Long List suggest that these companies are ‘more focused on business/services’, but I think there is some truth in this statement that a lot of self-help organizations are focused on business and financial decisions not personal, but rather business processes.<
