Animal FarmEssay Preview: Animal FarmReport this essayAnimal FarmDo you believe that the space or place can affect your characters and your interaction? In one-way or other everything around us can affect our characters in different way. Animals farm is famous novel written by George Orwell. It focuses basically on the political issues. Here the author has personified the animals and through them he tries to express his views on different political issues of that time. In addition, environment can shape animals and humans behavior in various ways. Place also can change animals and humans because of laws and rules of certain place. Space change humans and animals interact because of environment, law and rules. Typically, the novel “Animal Farm” gives us a clear understanding of the situation in Russia during World War I and World War II. Indeed the events in this novel are a true reflection of what took place in Russia during these two great periods in world history. George Orwell is one of the greatest writers as shown on the symbols which he employs when writing this novel. Through these symbols, readers of this book are able to rationalize the parallelism between the novel, and the events in Russia during World War I and World War II.
From a political point of view, the characters in this novel the “Animal Farm” represents leaders and those people who played a vital role in Russia during World War I for example, Jones who is the main character represent Czar Nicholas II who was the last Czar of Russia before the ideology of communism was officially accepted in Russia. On the other hand, Napoleon represents Joseph Stalin who is one of the leading dictators that came to power in Russia and he was the main ruler of Russia during World War I. In addition to this is Snowball who is representing Leon Trotsky. Indeed Leon was the mastermind of the Russian Revolution and with Stalin in power he gained more powers and the two characters were great antagonists or enemies who could not see each others eyes. This is quite from the preface of this novel which states that, “Stalin and Trotsky, after all, were unmistakably Orwells feuding pigs, Napoleon and Snowball” (Orwell viii). Apart from these main characters are minor characters that are representing other people within the Russian context and at our real life in general. For example, Boxer the horse represents the Proletariat or the rich in the Russian society. Boxer and Clover, represent those who were in the category of the working class in the Russian context during the time of World War I, World War II as well as during the time of the Great Russian Revolution. Indeed these category of people were exploited yet they could not do anything, Orwell says “those who should realize they are being exploited but do not because of their own laziness or apathy” (Orwell, George 6). Another character is Mollie (another horse), and she represents the category of people or the working class who are aware of the exploitation they are experiencing but they are faithful to the czar. Indeed Mollie does not take part in the revolution and she misses the perks she used to receive. Benjamin (the donkey) falls under the category of the working class who are loyal to the Czar; Orwell says “Benjamin is the cynical intellectual who refuses to get involved in politics and so fails to affect meaningful change” (Animal Farm 6).
Another vital character in this novel is Moses who is representing the Orthodox Church of Russia. It is quite evident from this novel that, Moses is a Christian and he keeps on telling other animals that when they die they will go to a perfect lace in heaven where there is no work. Napoleon comes with his teachings but he is not in a good position to counter the teachings of Moses. Other characters in this novel include: Squealer who is busy spreading propaganda among other animals and he can be compared with Pravda, a Newspaper that was used by Napoleon to spread rumors and propaganda.
First, environment plays the most important roles that change animals and humans characters and behavior. For instance, when the farm is owned by Mr. Jones the animals have a tough and hard life in the farm, so that the animals gather in the farm and plan a rebellion. Under the leadership of Old Major, a pig the meeting is arranged and everybody discusses about the oppression by their master and decides to do something against them. Old Major, later on dies but his thought inspires the animals of the farm and they decide to do something against Jones, the owner. In addition, the rebellion takes place because the animals need their freedom and better life for their generation. After that the rebellion the whole environment changes so they begin to lean, study and help each other in their work. They do everything in farm such as collect the cone and apple, clean the farm and finish their week

The people who decide to go to Zootopia, on the other hand, do not enjoy it as much as everybody else. It is the first time they stay together. Schedule. For instance, every Sunday animals meeting in the Barn and take their week schedule from the leadership of Napoleon. Moreover, environment can change people interaction in different place. For example, when you went to the schools you interact different inside and outside the school. The students inside the classroom they cannot play speak and laugh with their friends in the classroom. They also should respect their teacher and be attention to the lecturer. However, student can do what they need outside the school such as play, speak loud and laugh with their friends. In addition, law and rule also can shape people and animals interaction.
Second, law and rule shape animals and people interaction in the place or space. In the Barn there is seven commandments written in the well. When animals enter the Barn there is some rules that they should follow. For example, when all animals come in order so everyone gets a seat. After that the animals listen to Old Major who is the leader of rebellion (before he is dying). Also, they do their voting about
