Abstract
This paper intends to write the assessment of the most appropriate techniques of risk analysis for the project undertaken here and explain the methods of determination and prioritization of risks involved in this project. It undertakes the development of a contingency plan including considerations, a risk-response matrix, funding and time buffers. Finally describes risk response controls implementable in this project.
Risk Analysis
A risk analysis is a process which involves the identification of the most probable threats to an organization and analysis of the related vulnerabilities of the organization to these threats. The possible threats that could arise inside or outside the organization need to be assessed irrespective of the techniques of prevention being employed. Although the determination of the exact nature of potential disasters or their resulting consequences is difficult, it is worthwhile performing a comprehensive risk assessment of all threats which can probably occur to the organization. Again the goals of business recovery planning are to ensure the safety of customers, employees and other personnel during and following a disaster regardless of the type of threat. The risk analysis also should be able to determine the impact of each type of potential threat on various functions or departments within the organization.
The prevalent corporate ethos of Ducks Unlimited can provide a good scope for ten projects, with a slight twisting of the subjects so as so make them more meaningful fro the next ten years at least. There is no point in still being pro-hunting and having one of the projects focus on the field, if all birds are mysteriously liable to go extinct by then.
