Hardwork and Success
Spending minutes, hours and even days trying to write a speech, especially when it feels like you’re going nowhere fast can be disheartening. I tried and tried but to no avail. To be honest with you, I had plans to find an easy way out like using a speech from before for example, but it was only then that I realized that for me to actually be successful at leaving you with some food for thought, a bit of hard work would be warranted. It was then, that the lightbulb went off and hard work, the basis of my philosophy for life, and everything that comes with it, became my topic for discussion.
How much are you willing to give? How much are you willing to take? How badly do you want it? Hot strong, fearless, courageous are you willing to be? How important is it to you? How much do you NEED it? Are you even to the point where you NEED it?
By now you know that your success is determined by you and the answers to all of the aforementioned questions. You also know that the attainment of it is not merely a byproduct of wishful thinking but that it requires hard work. Focused and consistent work. That means eliminating distractions and being patient but relentless in the pursuit of success. Another factor is faith. Faith is the assured expectation of what is hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities that have not been seen. Having an expectation of the success you hope for is the easy part. Maintaining the faith and believing in your journey is easy when everything seems to be going in your favor. But what about when NOTHING is going well for you? What happens when you encounter failures? Do you see it as the end of the road to success or merely as a roadblock that would encourage you to take another route? Overnight success and easy success make fantastic stories but that’s all they really are. Stories. In reality, though some may find it difficult to actually say so, along the way there can be a multiplicity of failures. At
