Ethics and Social ResponsibilityEthics and Social ResponsibilityETHICS AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITYNAME OF THE STUDENTDateSectionEthics and Social ResponsibilityBasically the course Ethics and Social Responsibility was the study of ethics and which was the study of how one can conclude what is right from and what is wrong in our relationships with other individuals and other groups of people. We studied the basic Ethical standards which are considered as the basic principles that guides how can people act. Ethics guides principles to of how to behave and how you can help people to put together moral options. At its mainly fundamental level, personal ethics includes how an individual uses moral principles, beliefs, and personal values to examine a situation, review which action are right or wrong, and finally make a decision which events or behaviors are right or suitable. So in order to explain what we have studied in the course is explained below.

Ethical Standards-Ethical Standards-Ethical Standards” is the title of the course “Diversification and Ethics in Societies: A Critical Introduction”. The first chapter of Ethics and Social Responsibility covers ethics and social responsibility, and ethics requires that “Ethical standards need not be developed from a personal source. When the ethical standards are developed the standard needs not be developed from a person’s self-interest or personal perspective, but rather from social, societal or individual preferences. For example, where ethics is concerned individuals should have personal, ethical, social and ethical standards, and in this case social considerations such as those associated with the welfare of others. It is common for individuals to adopt ethics based on a particular social, societal, or individual preference, but we do not suggest that ethical standards should be developed from a individual-specific view of morality. In fact ethical standards may well be used, in some ways, as tools from a scientific level and as a means for ethical and social decision-making.” Ethecheic- ethical standards are considered to be “ethical principles to be applied through social, societal or individual preferences, and, thus, to be used to guide people in dealing with other people. In this sense Ethics does not mean simply “making ethics a moral system”, rather it refers to all of the values and principles discussed in a given ethical standard, and in particular to ethics in specific cases. For example, ethics applies to the ways moral choices affect the way an individual approaches the world, whether moral or physical. The first three chapters of the Ethics and Social Responsibility course provide an overview of the basic principles of ethics. Ethics is generally applicable if not always in a manner that leads to good ethics and good social justice. The purpose of Ethics and Social Responsibility is to provide a foundation on which to build a comprehensive ethical standard within which people can live, live a healthy, productive life and not be in a perpetual state of fear and uncertainty. Ethics is used also to develop, test, and refine individual ethics and to guide human actions that would not necessarily be ethical if they happened under circumstances different from those prevailing in any other area. Ethics is also used to develop other ethical standards, and to define the moral and ethical practices of society. This process of developing ethical standards is one that we discuss later in this article. However, it is crucial to note that ethics is not the only discipline that we may use in the course of ethics development. A number of ethical norms (i.e., ethical rules and rules which restrict specific behavior) exist in the various areas that we study – the social justice, ethics, governance, and economics. Ethical principles are often defined as normative principles for what social groups are good or bad for society, and other normative principles are used from other disciplines. Moral principles are typically applied in the course of development, but sometimes they are applied to certain ethical principles in response to specific situations. Moral principles may be developed under the guidance of some people in different areas, and other persons may apply ethics principles to specific ethical positions. The moral principles discussed in ethics may appear to be the standard principles adopted in each jurisdiction individually or in particular, but they are not in all of them. The following is a brief summation of moral principles so far identified. A rule or principles is often defined by some social group, organization, government, institution, etc. Moral principles are based on a number of important social or ethical principles of human behaviour. The general concept of a moral principle is, “In all cases where there is a cause of action for which an action is wrong, the actions are morally justified, because that cause is right”. However, the meaning of a morality doctrine depends largely on its relationship to a social group and its ethical precepts. Ethics in particular depends on many other social, ethical, social

Ethical Models/Rules/ViewsThere are different Rules/Views/Alternative Models of Ethical Decision-Making that are used to analyze the ethical decision making. These models/ Rules/Views are different for the individuals and are different for the managers which totally depend upon the characteristics of the situation. Cultures and other factors that influences the ethical decision making of a person whether he be an individual or manager working for an organization and making decisions for that particular organization. So for each of the situations there are some of the models/rules and views that helps an individual and the manager to help in making the ethical decisions for the company or the person.
Utilitarian or Consequential Rule: the ethics of a decision are based on the decisions consequences. A decision that carries the most good to the maximum number is the ethical decision. Like for managers they must recognize stakeholders and their apprehension, and then select the decision that does the least damage.
Moral Rights Rule: the ethical decision is the one that compliments and defend the basic rights of people. And for Managers they make decisions based on how they can save the harm that can affect the rights of stakeholders instead make decisions that protect the rights.
Theory of Justice or Legal Rule: the ethical decision is the one that take care of people and groups neutrally and moderately according to legal rules and standards. This model involves that ethical decisions are both Procedural Justice, or justice and reliability in processes and Distributive Justice, or justice in outcomes.
Integrative Social Contracts Rule: reproduce the power of culture on ethics. In this rule the ethical decision is the one that is based on obtainable cultural or ethical norms in industries and communities. Ethical Imperialism and Cultural Relativism two concepts which supports the idea of the rule.
Personal PerspectiveAccording to me the best rule in the decision making process id the Utilitarian or Consequential Rule, which is the basically the ethics of a decision totally based on the decisions consequences. It simply means that a decision that delivers the good to the greatest number is the ethical decision. As this is the rule which can benefit the company and in person because in this rule we tend to decide on the basis of how much in return you get if you have to give up on basis of to get better.
I think for a company the best thing for a company when deciding is also to keep in mind the values of the organization and what you get in return as in how you can benefit your stake holders. From my perspective the most important thing you can give is be honest to the organization and make decision on the basis and keeping in view the ethical consideration which can benefit them as well as the organization.
Ethical Dilemma Recognition and AnalysisAn ethical dilemma is when an incident arises that causes you to question how you should react based on your beliefs and deciding how to choose between right and wrong and it refers to a situation in which individuals have
