Abstract
Beaumont Health Systems is one of the top health systems in the state of Michigan. The policies that they have developed and implemented throughout the years have helped them become and remain competitive in attracting talented employees. Their medical staff includes more than 3,700 physicians representing more than 91 medical and surgical specialties. Beaumont is named after William Beaumont,
