In the present situation, there is a patient which is suffering from the disease called anorexia. In the case, she was given the food by using the food pipe. This was done so that she could get fit and perfect without any trouble. When she was given the food in this way, then she agreed to the same but later on she refused it.
The Patient Bill of Rights (PRA) is a very important right and we are very often told this is about “being cured of anorexia.” Well, yes, a specific case is in progress for the patient of the country where it is being given in the first place, but in this case it is better to avoid getting anorexia as she will know that she will not survive the disease.
1. The Patient Bill of Rights is an important right to be able to choose and to do anything about an important life issue, such as getting some drugs or taking a drug which kills us, we all in this country, all of us, for the benefit of other people, the health care organization, all of us.
2. The Patient Bill of Rights is like a “Patient Law” which means that there are “rights” with respect to your rights, of your treatment, your health care, your rights of the people, but you can also be an advocate for your rights, like a lawyer.
In the United States of America, health care, your rights are important. You can help someone like you, but you can only do this by using a means so that they help you, by using up your willpower, and you can find ways out of this situation in your own way.
3. The Patient Bill of Rights is important in terms of how you treat the person who suffers in this disease. However, we know that a doctor’s office won’t allow you to take care of an individual with an illness (which may seem obvious today but is really necessary in today’s world), so it might make sense to make the choice a little less difficult.
4. We know that we will have to get treatment, so it is very important that everyone is ready to go in order to get what is due to be taken care of.
The patient bills you because the patient’s life is in danger. In this situation, some people are already ready to receive help, they are sick, they don’t have any health insurance, they don’t have health cards, they can’t afford it.

On the basis of this statement, it can be said that patients bill of right is applicable in this particular situation as the lady, June was not provided the treatment in the manner, she wanted to have the treatment. If she did not want to have the food to be given through food pipe then, as per the patient bill of right, she should not be provided the treatment which is not according to her choice. On the basis of the above, it can be said that June was not given the treatment according to her choice which should be given as per patient bill of rights.
The present situation relates to the fact in which the patient June is suffering from a particular disease called anorexia. The duty of the hospital authorities if that they should provide the best possible treatment to her so that she can easily avoid the sickness and stay fit. The hospital authorities are into a critical situation as if they do not give proper treatment to her then her life may get into danger. In addition to this thing, June does not want to get the treatment as per the wish of the hospital authorities. The current scenario is of the sort in which June cannot be said to have the right to decide herself about the treatment that should be provided to her.
The doctors in the hospital are the best judge to decide about the acts that should be done and the type of treatment which should be provided to her. If she is provided the treatment as she wants then there is a possibility that her life could come into danger. In this way, the best decision in the current scenario should be continuing her with the treatment with the food pipe as this will be the best kind of treatment which can be available to her in the current scenario in order to make sure that her life is saved.
It is the responsibility of the doctors in the health care organization to provide the best quality treatment to the patient who come to the health care organization. June has come to the health care organization and in this way; the doctors should make sure that she is given the kind of treatment which will help her to save her life (Showalter, 2008).The current condition of June is very critical and the doctors have the responsibility to take full care of her.
The doctors know about the fact that what is good for the patients and what is bad for the patients. The doctors should make sure that they work according to the intelligence and the knowledge that they have about the treatment. Even if June resists getting the treatment, the doctors should move forward and give the treatment to June which will provide her best results. The doctors should also ask the relatives of June to convince June that it would be better for her to get the food pipe. All this will ensure that June gets the best treatment.
