One of the most used technological advancements of this day is the laptop. There are many things i love and hate about the laptop but the pros definately outweigh the cons. The best thing about laptops is how it takes everything in a desktop and puts the keyboard, computer, monitor, mouse (trackpad), and speakers into one machine. It is very compact as it can fit into a backpack and can be taken anywhere you go. Another good thing about the laptop is that most laptops have a battery life of about 5 hours which can be used without a cord. Now for the cons part, laptops tend to overheat much more than destops do. They are also more expensive than desktops for the same components mainly because of the portability. Laptops also tend to be fragile unless you pay significantly more to get a heavy duty, spill free laptop.
