The licensing authority shall issue the license to the business that is located in the state of Missouri. The application shall outline the business location and all documentation in compliance with a valid State law. Upon receipt of the initial application the licensee shall file the application with the state licensing board for its approval and upon a certified copy shall hold the license in his or her hands for any length of time. If approved,the licensee will be charged the fee for the initial application and the initial transfer for the duration of the year. Any excess charge shall be credited to the local operating fees account at the end of the applicant’s new business year, when the first transfer and the last transfer of money is required to pay.The licensing authority, upon hearing an application for the temporary license,will issue the license to the business. If the business is located in the state of Missouri the licensing authority shall issue the temporary license. The applicant will have the license to operate in the state of Missouri for the entire term. The licensee shall have the right to use the license. If the business is located in the state of Missouri,the license shall remain in effect until an expiration date of the license in the licensing authority’s possession.
Under certain conditions the application shall appear electronically, to the extent practicable on local newsstands and other media throughout the state of Missouri and in newspapers in the county of residence of not more than 30 persons, and shall clearly and conspicuously display one or more of the following symbols: _______, _______, _______ , _______, _______, _______, _______, _______ and _______, _______.
