The article I read is about one entrepreneur named Bill Bartmann. During the most difficult time, he lost all he has but didnt give up, finally got everything back. It is an inspiring and encouraging story that not only applies to entrepreneurs in the business world, but also helps us to know how to face to the failure we have in the daily life.
Bill Bartmann and his wife build their own company, Commercial Financial Services, to buy up debts from the government on the cheap and then collect on them. He operate the company successfully at that time and soon become the 25th richest person in the U.S. Besides his wealth, he always has fun with his employees that makes his life full of joy. For example, he leases 27 airplanes to fly his employees to Disney Land for weekend. However, he cant imagine that his company will collapse one day. One of his associates is convicted of crime and someone sends an anonymous letter to the appointed agencies. This scandal truly influences the companys reputation. Bill Bartmann has experienced a very difficult time since during that time he loses everything he has, almost $3.5 billion. From a billionaire to a pauper, no one can believe how he could adjust his attitude and start from the beginning. He suffers great pain from others, no matter his friends or strangers. He knows that he cant cry everyday and blame the unfairness that he gets. He starts writing a book as guide to those people who suffer the same experience with him. In the book, he tells others how he admits and smiles to his failure that provides others hope and inspiration to make them know everything will be better. This book is not only for others to overcome their challenges, but also for him to self-examine.
Good time is always very short; there comes the same economic gaps that he came across in the 1980s. He understands that what he could do is not build another company, but helps others to know what he did in his old company. He teaches people to create their own companies and teaches them how to make money like what he did before. This kind of teaching just like school program. People pay money and get what they want to know. With the development of his students, Bill Bartmann knows that he needs to build a new company. He hires his former employees back and raises hundreds
