“Shampoo is better! I go on first and clean the hair! Conditioner is better! I leave the hair silky and smooth! Oh, really, fool? Really! [Sees the gold swan on edge of tub.] Stop looking at me, swan!”-Adam Sandler (Billy Madison) “Billy Madison” is one of the greatest movies ever produced. The whole movie is great. From the recurring mirage of a penguin, to the resurrection of a clown.

In this movie a 28-year-old screw up tries to regain the rights to his fathers large chain of hotels. He makes a deal with his father to go back to every grade up to the end of high school, with each grade only taking him 2 weeks to pass out of.

Just the concept of a 28-year-old man going to class with kindergartners every day is hilarious. He spends his first weeks doing things like drawing ducks and making snowmen out of cotton balls.

The villain in this story is a man named Eric, who tries to ruin Billys chances of taking over his fathers company. If Billy doesnt succeed in passing all of the grades, then Eric is the man that will take over instead of Billy.

Karl is a step below Eric in the company. Karl always tries to help Billy and congratulates him when he passes a grade. Karl also warns Billy about Erics scheming.

This is the base of the plot line, with many other sub plots wound into the movie. Billy goes through the first grades with ease. However, Eric bribes the principal of Billys school to tell the media that Billy paid him to pass all of the grades. Even though this isnt true, Billy quits trying, before coming back to challenge Eric to an academic decathlon. Billy ends up winning this, because Eric goes crazy and pulls out a gun. Billy gets the rights to his fathers company, but he gives them to Karl. He later goes on to college to become a teacher.
