The company is also looking for new ways to change or update their current technologies to help support the ever growing needs of society such as DVD, reservations, home delivery, on-line request via the web, and adding an inter-active Blockbuster cable channel.

Blockbusters overall strategies to offset the risks facing its industry include Blockbusters current primary initiatives for long-term growth, in particular its “No Late Fees” program and its online initiatives; Blockbusters forward-looking statements are based on managements current intent, expectations, estimates and projections and are not guarantees of future performance. These statements involve risks, uncertainties, assumptions and other factors that are difficult to predict and that could cause actual results to vary materially from those expressed in or indicated by them.
