This sandwich is not delicious enough. There is something missing in it taste. Oh what would it be? What should I add on? Should I put more salad? No I am not eating garden salad. Wait I know! Let me put some bread and butter pickles. For your information, this bread and butter pickle was so popular during the Great Depression. (Olver, 2015).

Well I think you guys are not familiar with the name of the pickles but I am sure that you guys had eaten them before. You guys have been to subway right? Or maybe Mc Donald’s. Now do you ever notice the choices of ingredients that subway provided to put in your sandwiches? Or whenever you eat double cheese burger. There’s a taste of sweet crunchy coins right? Yes that is the bread and butter pickles. It is the cucumber. So today I am going to show you how to do the pickles on your own.
Credibility Material:
I used to make these bread and butter pickles for my whole family for a picnic and they were satisfied with it as it adds a good taste to the sandwiches.

Today I will show you how to make your own bread and butter pickles. First I will tell you what are needed to make the pickles. Secondly I will explain the first step which is how to preserve the cucumber and third I am going to show you how to make the brine.

The first step is to gather the utensil and ingredients you will need
For the utensil you will need a carving knife, forks, a chopping board, a bowl, a colander, a ladle, a pot, plastic wrap and a jar.

one kilogram of cucumber
½ chopped yellow onion
2 red jalapeno pepper
3 tbsp of kosher salt
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of white distilled vinegar
1/4 cup of water
