Moreover, the reaserchers are eager to know the performance of the Bureau of Fire and Protection and the readiness during calamities and emergencies. As a basic knowledge regarding this topic, being ready during calamities and emergencies are important to the members of BFP. This has been a factor to the level of performance of the Bureau of Fire Protection not only in the philippines but also around the world. Calamities and Emergencies, as we all know, are unexpected to happen that’s why being prepared and ready are important to for the Bureau of Fire and Protection and the Community for their safety. Some of the people in the community are not aware in the preparedness and readiness during calamities and emergencies. As such Bureau of Fire Protection readiness during calamities and emergencies are important to their performance in relation of the safety of the community. The researchers are eager to know the performance of the Bureau of Fire and Protection and its readiness during such situations.
Being ready during calamities and emergencies is important for the members of the Bureau of Fire Protection. This readiness is a significant factor in the Bureau’s performance, not only in the Philippines but also around the world. Calamities and emergencies are unexpected events, which is why being prepared and ready are crucial for the Bureau of Fire and Protection and the community’s safety. However, some people in the community may not be aware of the preparedness and readiness measures during calamities and emergencies. Therefore, the Bureau of Fire Protection’s readiness during such situations is important for their performance in ensuring the safety of the community.
To enhance their knowledge and skills in handling calamities and emergencies, it is important for the members of the Bureau of Fire Protection to undergo schooling, training, and attend seminars and workshops.
The thesis presented to the Faculty of College of Public Safety at First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities in Tanauan City, Batangas aims to assess the performance of the Bureau of Fire Protection in readiness during their call of duty. The study seeks to answer specific questions regarding the demographic profile of the respondents, their assessment of the Bureau of Fire Protection’s performance in readiness during calamities and emergencies, and whether there is a significant relationship between the respondents’ demographic profile and their performance in readiness.
The conceptual framework of the study is depicted in Figure 1. The inputs include the demographic profile of the respondents and the competency assessment. The process involves formulating questionnaires and conducting surveys. The outputs are the analyzed questionnaires and the determination of the significance or insignificance of the respondents’ profile in relation to the Bureau of Fire Protection’s performance.
Overall, this study aims to provide insights into the readiness of the Bureau of Fire Protection during calamities and emergencies, considering the demographic profile of the respondents and their assessment of the Bureau’s performance.
