INTRODUCTION
This is a case study analysis on an entrepreneur by the name Ramesh Vipul. He is a Motswana by acquisition of citizenship he originates from India. The reason why the author selected Vipul is because the author worked for him before starting a Business degree course he also offered the author attachment opportunity during school vacations. During those times with him he inspired me with his motivational words which he used to share with me.

The author also went back to him to carry an oral interview for academic assignment about him and his role in his businesses. In this case study different strategies and models are used to assess him.Below follows the analysis of his strategies and roles within his businesses.

THE ENTERPRENEUR
According to Wickham (2006) an Entrepreneur can be defined as a manager aiming at the creation of new value.
Vipul is the owner manager of Yash Cell selling mobile phones and Yash Collection selling clothes. He never went to University after he finished high school in India he immediately relocated to Botswana to work at his uncles clothing shop in Gaborone. He worked for 3 years and during those times the demand for clothes was high. While he worked at the uncles business he had a passion to have his own business and he was also inspired by seeing the uncles success in business. The dream he had was having a bigger business than his uncles. He then started to save for his dream business but the savings from his salary was too small to setup a viable business. Vipul requested from the uncle to use his personal savings to stock few clothes in the uncles shop and the request succeeded.

The investment was a good one as he first started by stocking five clothes; the business was located in a good publicity so they incurred high sales. Due to the rising demand and less competition in the clothing industry he decided to now go setup his own business at a different space from the uncles business. By this time the industry was friendly because there few Chinese business in the country. He rented his own space with the support of the uncle and used the profits from his investment and the loan from the uncle.

ENTERPRENEURSHIP
Entrepreneurship is the capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit(Deakins and Feel 2009).

He took a risk by moving from his uncles business which had good publicity and setup his own retail clothing business Yash Collection. It was started in 1999 Yash Collection is a retailing business inthe Small Medium Enterprises category. Hemanages the business own his own with the skills he acquired at the uncles business. He had one employee at the start and the business did well in sales and profits. In the year 2002 there was a rapid increase in Chinese clothing businesses as a result the sales for Yash Collection reduced. Vipul started to search for opportunities in the market to diversify in business. He then spotted a gap in the mobile phone retailing industry the only rivals were cell city and Nokia PLC. He ventured into the industry but firstly he started by selling phones in one place with clothes.

PUSH AND PULL FACTORS
According to Stokes and Wilson (2010) these factors are those influences which drive an individual towards entrepreneurship. The emergence of entrepreneurs in a society depends upon closely interlinked social, religious, cultural, political and economic factors.

PYSCHOLOGICAL FACTORS
The psychological factors like high need for achievement, determination of unique accomplishment, self confidence, and creativity promoted Vipuls entrepreneurship influence. Vipuls high achievement motive enabled him to take keen interest in situations of high risk, desire for responsibility and desire for task performance. He posses three things which are an institutional capacity to see things in a way which later proves to be true, a kind of effort and mind to overcome fixed habits of thinking and lastly a the capacity to overcome social opposition against doing something new.

CULTURE AND RELIGION
Vipul was influenced by his culture; he is a Motswana but still has an Indian origin. The culture and religious factors have influenced him in taking up his entrepreneurial career. He is a Hindu and the Hinduism religion is one those religions that encourages entrepreneurship because in some countries there is a cultural and religious beliefs that high profits is unethical. Even if he was in Botswana he didnt let this inhibit his influence in entrepreneurship.

He worships every
