Business Model and Business StrategyEssay Preview: Business Model and Business StrategyReport this essayThe main ideas of the article are a discussion between a business model and a business strategy and how they sometimes get used interchangeably.I found it insightful and relevant to know that your business model should tell a logical story explaining who your customers are, what they value and how you plan to make money providing them this value. In practical terms, business strategy is about how youll beat competitors by being different in the marketplace. I believe a well thought out business model also enables you to test in action and revise your assumptions about customers, think carefully about the direction of the business and get key employees on board with your companys mission/strategy.

One way I could apply these ideas in practice would be to start up a business and franchise it. The franchise business model has been very successful for most brands. I would figure out how to run a successful retail location and then turn the business process into an easy to follow system that can be sold to people looking to get into business for themselves. Sell the dream and find hungry like-minded entrepreneurs who share the passion and sell them start up packages which would include training and help new business partners to lease new locations for expansion of the brand. I would have all franchisees buying centrally to cut cost for better profits and form a board of directors and committees to help govern over the mission/strategy.
The Business of the Franchise
What I am about to say is that by selling the vision of selling the dream and find hungry like-minded entrepreneurs with the dream of building a successful business for themselves (or, maybe, helping some of them find their way into the game of franchising), I want to make sure that the brand has a product that can be used by those who want to find success within the industry and that the industry can continue to grow as it’s already growing for others, regardless of their skills. The business we build right now will continue to grow because, despite the growing diversity (and, of course, it has become increasingly difficult to come up with unique ideas for the kind of businesses that would be appealing to business), the business we are creating is still very unique, I want to be able to leverage the talent that I get to develop, help new businesses succeed and have to continually grow to sell the right and the right products. A brand building a brand is only as good as our talent!
I understand your question and think I will. I’m using this as an opportunity to share with you some ideas that I believe may not look as good, work very well and are in fact even better than our current approach. I would also appreciate seeing what you guys think of our own methods, though their true strengths are those of their business model. Feel free to give us any additional ways in which you feel it would be possible to create a brand similar to the one illustrated here by the other two writers?

Some of the limitations in this article would be the things you cant control like external and internal contingencies, social, economic and technology changes and even the best business models fail over time. We would also need to be constantly testing and revise our business model whenever it shows it is necessary or it can be death for the business. Doing business is risky and the market is dynamic so we need to have a clear direction and
