My candidate is running for the President of the United States. My candidate belongs to the Republican Party. My candidates political message is going to be to stop the war. He believes the war going on in Iraq needs to be stopped and that it is just a waste of money on going over there. I plan on getting my candidate out on the road as soon as possible. We are going to go to popular states whose votes count the most and support are political message. We will be going to conventions; we will be going to my candidates home town as well as his spouses home town. We will be speaking at many places in many states to try and win the votes of the people in the United States of America. We will be fundraising from are many supporters, mainly the anti-war supporters. We will hold many fundraisers which my candidate will speak at supporting his idea of getting out of Iraq. During the debate with the other candidate who is favoring staying in Iraq my candidate will bring up many valid points of why we should stay out of Iraq such as we are wasting money and too many of our soldiers are dieing. My candidate will be displaying the coattail effect which is the influence of a popular candidate on the electoral success of other candidates on the same party ticket, which we talked about it class.
I enjoyed are class discussions on campaigns we talked about things like issue advertising and what an open primary was also the Political Action Committee. Learning all these things my candidate will be better in the long run and therefore we will succeed in winning election and becoming the next president of the United States of America.
