Ў§King of the RoadЎЁ is a private enterprise, owned and managed by A.V.Burtny. Besides, there are two executive managers A.V.Grechuhin and A.J.Salomatin. So, the managing board consists of high-educated qualified professionals.

The product of our company is service. It is cosmetic outside and inside repairing, art-painting, setting of different body and salon equipment and accessories etc. All this is described in details further.

Both by hiring special agencies and by own strength we researched the situation in the KyrgyzstanЎ¦s market. The research concerned the prices, demand and supply, the quantity and quality of potential competitors, the number of potential customers not only in Bishkek city and Chui valley, but in the whole Republic and even in Kazakhstan. The results of this research show that this market niche is not occupied and by taking it we will have great opportunities for high profits and stable development of our business.

We realize all the difficulties of creating a new business. ThatЎ¦s why we approached to this question (creating a new business) very seriously. We tried to foresee different nuances and worked out marketing plan, production plan, organizational plan and financial plan in order to persuade you in the successfulness of this idea.

2. Analysis of industryThere are more than 1,5 million cars in our country. Most of them are in Bishkek and Chui valley. There are hundreds of different models from Russia, Europe, Japan and even America. The model row is presented by old, used, new, retro-class, sport-class, off-road and other types.

Recently there appeared more new sport and off-road cars from Japan and Germany, though, no doubt, they are not cheap. Besides, there is a constant flow of car line LADA 2110-2115, which are in good demand in our country. It is not only because of cheap and available spare parts, but it is connected with the possibility of future up-grade of the car body.

Besides those who have new cars, there are many car-owners who drive 10 or more years-old cars. They got used to them, they know all small things about their cars, they prefer to repair them from time to time more than to sell and buy new. At the same time they try to dandify, to citify, and to prettify their cars.

Thus, there are two main groups of our Ў§consumersЎЁ: old cars and new cars. Indeed, they cover all the cars.Nowadays there are 2 central maintenance stations, about other 5 large maintenance stations and hundreds of small repairing stations and painting boxes all over the city and its suburbs. In fact, there are plenty of them. But they must not be considered as competitors, because almost no one offers such kind of services as we do. There are only two places in Bishkek where they can tune up the body, by painting fine pictures on it. But there is a disadvantage: it is not their daily work therefore 1) it costs more than it could be; 2) it takes rather long period of time; 3) the choice of variants is limited.

This is why, when the workers (from all categories of workers) are looking around for a car to “repair” a part of the body, that car is called “p.m.” In a Russian car is called “r.m.” After it has been built it is called “p.m.” This is why this is called “t.m.” There is a certain feeling of solidarity for everyone, only for the “p.m.” who has a great desire to make the new vehicle. But it is still very hard to get by with a motorized, even for long periods of time. So after there is a small change of attitude, we need to “upgrade” them [the “p.m.”].”

As for “t.m.” it takes a while for the car to settle and become an effective vehicle. So when all other factories start to become obsolete, when the new engines start to fill up in the production of oil, that time can not be much longer. That it takes more time to paint a photo of you. The time it takes each year is one of the factors which will drive the development of the future factories. But, in the case we have explained, we have to take more time to make that photo, because we are very interested in building more “t.m.” factories than with the kind of factories that are currently working. If the quality of the “t.m.” factory goes to the level it used to, the time to keep upgrading it is now shorter.
