Reflective EvaluationTeaching is one of the most important careers in the society today. This is because all other professionals pass under the care of the teacher. The teacher is the ultimate mentor of all other careers. No, matter the position one holds in the society it is because he or she had a teacher who coached them into what they are. Good teaching is not about technique. A good teacher is about connectivity. A good teacher is able to relate the subject with the other disciplines and the environment. (Palmer, 1999, p. 27)
Teaching is one of the most difficult professions of all. Despite this, being a teacher who can inspire students at all times should be the goal of everybody inspiring to be a teacher or those who are already teachers. I strive to be a teacher who is committed to making sure that learners, regardless of their gender, race, age, and physical appearance, achieve the required educational potential. I must establish a respectful, fair, constructive, trusting, and supportive relationship with the students to ensure that I thoroughly cater for all of their educational needs. I want my students to demonstrate affirmative values and behaviors within and without the school compound, and during and after school life.
All teachers should consider their teacher’s work. I am not saying to say that all teachers are perfect. They differ with their colleagues and their peers, however, a teacher’s job is primarily one of communication. In many classrooms, however, we’re all in different ways. In my opinion, a teacher’s career must be defined by one person’s actions. All teachers should strive to create respectful, trusting relationships and a consistent program of improvement, as well as a strong set of values for learning.

Teaching learners with Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disorders can be challenging for teachers who are not well prepared. I will want to teach learners with visual hearing disability. It is not because they are easy to handle, but it is because I believe that they are most of the times neglected. Their ability to see but not here is taken as if they require less attention. To work in inclusion will give me the chance to directly address them conclusively and make sure that their educational needs are addressed according to their expectations and as per the requirements of the education system.
There are a various number of teaching methods that I plan to use in my prospect classroom. One technique is problematic-centered learning. I believe that students learn better if they are aiming at a certain goal. The goal in this case can be to solve a certain mathematics problem. In the course of solving the problem with the help of the teacher, the learner passes a series discovering new ideas and facts about the topic. Problem centered method of teaching is the best for students who have hearing disabilities. This is because they will spend more time doing and trying out new ideas and not listening, as they are impaired. This method of teaching and learning demands for collaborative learning and student centered learning. To be effective, I will arrange the students to work in groups that they can learn to help each other and can assist where the teacher cannot reach immediately (Konuk, 2006, p. 59).
With the training from the college, attaining the level of an effective teacher and a highly qualified one is easy. During the school placement, it is always made clear that an effective teacher is the one with
