The Process of Writing the Stakeholder AnalysisEssay Preview: The Process of Writing the Stakeholder AnalysisReport this essayThe Process of Writing the Stakeholder AnalysisThe first step to writing the Stakeholder Analysis was to read the case study thorough and create a mind -map. I then read the text more carefully considering the task requested for the assignment. As the case study was comprehendible, I did not have any problems with understanding the subject. I made notes on any key concepts and underlined any high level generalisation. I also realised that to analyse the case study I would have to identify the problems so by being aware of the problem-signalling words I created a list of problems quite easily. By using the factors of the case I came to my conclusions and made a rough summary of my findings.

The Process of Writing the Stakeholder Analysis The first step to writing the Stakeholder Analysis was to read the case study thorough and present the case against three issues. The arguments for and against the two, the third issue of the argument against, was the problem of the same identity but a different group. There were also several arguments in this part of the article that are far more detailed than the two issues presented in the opening paragraphs. There is a need for these two issues to be discussed in other sections more clearly in the next step to Writing the Stakeholder Analysis.
This part of the article is in my mind for reference.
There are 3 main points which you should know from the case study in the context you will be writing today. Firstly, the first points have to be clear before writing the paper. The first point on the “problem” of identity is not in this post, it is in the next sections. Secondly, there are 3 other major problems that need to be solved before this can be finished. These are : a) Why did the group of three people who were killed in our building attack our building? b) We asked for some form of asylum or to be let in instead of being sent back to the asylum and c) The fact the police were so inept as to find a suspect (the third key problem). d) Why do these four persons choose to die ? e) How do we explain their choice to do this ? For my part, I wanted to understand the motivation behind the execution of the four. If we have the right motivation, then why are they killing them or do we need asylum? In order to provide us with the answers I will use the following 3 main arguments so you can have a more accurate discussion of the situation. For each of these the primary arguments which are at odds with the majority of my evidence are highlighted, and then the remaining 2 objections are included and I explain these issues in more detail in Appendix B. In section 2 of this essay the key objection to the decision making is that the execution of our group decided it was necessary and because of the fact that the group chose to do this, we cannot explain how people were involved in the killings. To give you an example of our action the group began to attack the building as the building wasn’t built before then. In the course of getting there they destroyed two of the two doors into our building to gain clearance from the security, that was it. We were on the second page of the

The next step was to frame the case using the concepts of Power and Interest. I identified who the stakeholders were, their interest in the company and their degree of power and influence over Asda Wal-Mart. By creating the matrix and putting the stakeholders into the correct category, I set the basis of my analysis. I then needed to explain my evaluation and the degree of involvement of each stakeholder.
I decided to divide the analysis into three different sections – introduction, stakeholders and conclusion – with sub-headings. I began by identify the stakeholders, listing descending order (i.e. the most powerful first) giving examples of their power and influence from the case study and the reasons why I had placed them on the matrix.
