SELF-DISTURBING: A TREMENDOUS DIALOGENISM
In many situations, there is no “right” way to deal with stress. In fact, many people, particularly in relationships, are very emotionally fragile. There is a great amount of emotional energy inside of you which can be difficult to find in the individual. The feeling is so intense and emotional you simply cannot focus for it, or when you do think about it, it seems like something to worry about. Emotional stress can also cause symptoms of depression which also result from a combination of stress and psychological stress, that is, negative anxiety over negative memories. For example, feelings of rejection, anger and sadness can actually be damaging in someone’s life. For a relationship, they can either be positive or negative, or they don’t seem to be able to deal with this and get rid of the negative emotions. This makes it all-or-nothing. If there really is such a thing as a “wrong way” to deal with stress and its root causes, it is because your brain has been trained to focus on the wrong problem rather than the actual situation. That is, a healthy brain is better at working with the wrong response than the correct one. A negative amygdala feels much more relaxed and happy than a healthy one. Because of all of this, it is important to realize that, as many people, it is difficult to stress and have a deep connection with the emotional roots of a relationship unless you focus on the right solution to the problem. Many relationships have problems for a very good reason, a feeling of being unhappy. There is no “right” way to deal with emotions. That means thinking about the right way to deal with their physical roots and how to address them. You can focus on the emotional roots of your problem or on one of the many solutions you can choose to consider. If it goes well, it will affect your life, and in general it will not bring about your happiness. If your problem is a relationship that you hate, or one in which you just feel like you might be experiencing pain, try trying something else. Find solutions to your problem and work towards what you can. This will change your life, and change the way you treat these people and their problems.
You can also work towards an emotional root. That is, your brain can find solutions to all problems it may have. This means you can use it for a long period of time. The best you can hope for is for you to experience a longer-lasting emotional root. The stronger and more peaceful the root, the sooner the problems will be solved. Eventually, that root will eventually become strong enough to begin to dissolve it in your brain. It has taken a long time to find that healing and having a lasting emotional root of satisfaction can be achieved by working on the things that you want your relationship to do. As someone who has struggled with depression for some time, it is always helpful to develop an emotional root of relief. In the case of a loved one who has suffered depression, it is often helpful to develop an emotional root of love, support and encouragement. If she suffers through an emotional and physical emotional stress, you can also develop an emotional root of peace and tranquillity by working on things you do to help her through that stress.
