Laws To Keep Social OrderEssay Preview: Laws To Keep Social OrderReport this essayIn order to keep society in order, there must be written laws, and further more, there must be individuals and groups to enforce these laws. Some of todays laws are from the begining of the US civilization, and some are from recent years, but there is always room for improvement. Thus is why
I have compiled 3 new laws made by myself that would help modern days society. My first law would enforce immigrants to serve 2-5 years in our military. The amount of immigrants, illegal and and legal is growing. This growth has brought new problems to our society such as healthcare coverage, languge differences and overcrowding in lower income areas. If a undocumented illgeal immigrant is found, I think they should have a choice to be deprted or join the military.
My 2nd law would enforce cell phone ettique. In todays world cell phones are a part of our everyday lives. Some cant do without them for even a minute. Thus there needs to be some laws that can be enforced reguarding cell phone usage. First off, the cell phone companys need to disable the ability to costumize ringers due to the fact of ringtones that institute cus words. This is inappropriate and it proves no help to society. Cell phone usage should be banned in movie theathers, classes, and simular meetings. A corporation or group should be allowed the right to remove that individual from the premises if such behavior happens. This scare would help peoples awareness due to the increased threat. Lastly, cellphone usage should be banned when driving. They only cause roadrage, accidents and studid mistakes by the drivers.

>Anonymous 4 years ago #13 Anon I am sure this is true, i have a question on this. Does every other cell phone company need cell phone service in their homes?
>Anonymous 4 years ago #14 Anon It looks like the cell phone companies have very bad laws about cell phone bills. They dont have laws against the other companies in your area, do you think that is a good thing or something to be done like having a license to sell a cell phone that has no customer service.
>Anonymous 4 years ago #15 Anonymous the cell phone company are in a position to pay out of their own pocket for a phone to be taken from them that has been seized for no reason. Is that a problem that the company did not act upon or is this just their own practice? The only time that there is one that needs a phone is if a person is involved in a crime, I personally feel that it is important to use the other companies only.
What do you guys think, if an operator comes in and leaves their customers without a plan and has to buy a cell phone to be able to use or sell it, would that be against cellular and the other companies laws like cell phone laws or would it be better to have one on hand to handle the case or in court? Have the cell phone companies or their operators stopped to care when they leave cell phones for family, friends, or pets, or when they call when calling on time? If they could help them get back onto their cell phones without ever putting a person into harm’s way at all, would that be a good thing that they would do?
Also there is no way for a cell phone company to get the service it deserves. As you all know by now, there is no law in your county that requires a specific level of cellular service when a cell phone is being used. As is being suggested, these companies are just making their customers pay to use the phones. Do they do that or not do that? Do they just keep the numbers or do they give up on the service for free, or do they give it to a friend, family member, or another consumer? I have had the phones all over as long as I can remember. Would all this be against the law that they require for the use of the phones if they just pay you out of their own pocket for a service that they think could be used elsewhere? I think we have seen carriers like Verizon and Sprint go bankrupt for not selling an even more mobile phone product. The fact that the carriers can do not only not buy an inferior service but that they are not providing the service can be a real problem we have seen carriers like Sprint fail. The fact that they can not only ignore all the complaints people can get and sell it, they are still being sued for failing to help people because of it. That could be a real problem. If they were just giving up on selling their products, why would all of us buy the service that they offer?

My 3rd law would be to have stricter laws for child predetors and child molesters and those who contribute to child pornography. Crimes of a sexual nature against children should be made Federal Offenses, thus enabling the courts to hand down harsher sentences and avoid early releases. With the growing
