The managers include Vivian, Tabitha, and Stephanie. Vivian is the owner of several Tim Horton’s restaurants and has been running the restaurants for eleven years. Tabitha is the assistant manager at Burger King and has been a restaurant manager for a couple of different restaurants for the past five years. Stephanie is the manager of Target and has been a store manager for three years. There are three key themes about change management and team building from the interviews conducted that include the important skills of effective change management and team building, usefulness of change management, and solutions to business ethics dilemmas.

We’ve all seen the big picture, but there are downsides to working with these folks. Each of the interviewees had a variety of things from different jobs to unique jobs to different types of work, which is why it’s important that the interviews were thorough and easy to follow. You don’t want to leave out everything on this topic, especially since the people were so diverse and the questions were so important. In our case, our experience, as well as the interviews, gave me the opportunity to learn about different kinds of work and jobs that I am interested in working for, which is part of the business education and training process.

The interview, though, was also very valuable for us in helping us understand the different roles and different roles and people that would do all those things. They didn’t just take on different jobs, they held different roles, different job tasks, different work days, different things in different work hours or things that were not appropriate to them.

We were able to understand what the roles would be and who could help us get through those roles and what the challenges that they faced. We also got a lot of different perspectives about how the job was done and helped the people of our organization gain insight into what might be different from what they had expected. For example, we were able to determine that different people would work differently to get through certain things in order to achieve those goals. We can learn a lot about the different roles and different roles within the organization. It also helped us understand how different careers could be done differently to achieve the same goals.

The video shows this process, and the process leads to changes, so it’s very important that you get this message to show your team that you want change management. Effective change management and team building within an organization require skills to create a successful transition for the organization and the employees involved. According to Tabitha, the important skills required to implement effective change and team building are knowledge of the business, strategic thinking, and open communication (personal communication, January 8, 2015). In both team building and change management, the manager needs to be knowledgeable about the business in order to create a plan and process to be successful in the long run while minimizing dilemmas. Strategic thinking is an important skill required when change and team building are challenging because it keeps the plan for a better future on track (T. H., personal communication, January 8, 2015). The most important change management and team skill, according to Stephanie, is open communication (personal communication, January 6, 2015). Open communication among employees in an organization is essential to keep employees connected and allows for opportunities to contribute ideas to the change process.
