Charal Marketing PlanCharal is French food organization that produces processed meats, its products are mainly made from beef. Charal markets its products all over France and is dealing with the major French distributors though the country. In contrary to that we are developing a market plan for our organization to export our meat products to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The market of bovine meat is on rise, there a high demand and the local production still weak and French share is still less present in Saudi Arabia and neighborhood markets.
To catch up the French position in the region, we are concentrating on the high quality fresh bovine meat prepared according to the local standards and particularly at the Islamic way “Halal Meat” and on the high quality of the French beef races to compete with the local competitors in the region along with the big players in the market such as Argentina, Brazil and Ireland…etc.
The competition is strong, and the meat production would be focus on healthy and high quality one and value addition to the consumers. We will sell initially through the local distribution network, wholesalers and importers; we have to develop the relationship with local distributors in order to penetrate the market. As the French market is in maturity, we plan to give new perspectives for the activity of our company CHARAL to increase the growth of its existing products in conquering new markets of meat industry abroad, in the Middle East and Arabia Saudi and Gulf countries in particular. As a first step, our product will be experienced in Arabia Saudi market, and then for the long term objective, we aim to enter the neighborhood markets of the Gulf region and North Africa.
SECTION 1. REGIONAL REGIONAL TARGETS
In addition to focusing on expanding and expanding our business in the Western, Arab and Central Asian regions, we also will focus on strengthening us, strengthening us financially and in some ways making us much more well-equipped than many in our field. We will create a strong association with our small local suppliers, as this represents a direct competitive advantage to us, as we will not have to compete with large suppliers on the basis of the strength of our business in France and the fact that it carries out an important function in the sector.
