Visioning processLeaders should provide more effort to enhance the productivity in the parts which require the most development. They should apply and put goals (vision) and also by affecting teams to put objectives and pursue the process, achieve commitment. Leader should strengthen change via acceptance and implementation it. The leaders, by exploiting personal control should understand the environments and have an effect on subordinates. For achieving this goal I should create a positive environment by focusing on challenges and opportunities instead of problems’ also should do expresses recognition and genuine, heartfelt appreciation for work well done. I will start building a team which has a specific set of needs which are not just things like an employer is hiring to provide but to build a strong, positive team that will lead to success. • the quality and quantity of people who work there, especially those from outside the company

‡You are no longer building a team of people, you are developing a project or a company. It is time to move ahead in a real strategic way. So I have a very clear strategy to keep developing myself, make an honest decision, and push myself, but for the moment can’t help myself. I have to live with my own personality and feel good that I am capable of being useful as a leader, and a positive leader, at the very least. In order for me to be there, I needed my company to become more positive and to stay in business so I needed to put that at the heart of everything.I would like to see a good manager to handle the business. I am going to become responsible for the development phase of every team, and then my team has the responsibility of creating its own team, and using that, make a team which is strong in every way, and will make it work together. We never wanted to be a team but we wanted to do better than we have now. I want to leave on a positive note. In the past, I will show that what we did best was what we need. However, by now it seems like I have the right mentality and I will take over the responsibility. In 2015, I was able to take responsibility for some things, like being on team with the CEO, doing something that worked (because my team works harder and has more work to do), and by then I could move on. I will continue to show the leadership that I know you can do the things you do and I need to move forward. We need to develop an environment where managers and leaders both understand that this is the future and that we have to be at the forefront of it, and the leaders don’t have to go back and do something. So again I need to remember that I need to grow in this direction, and also in making a commitment to be effective. I need to make decisions that are based on what needs to be changed.
