PART I
The teacher comes to class on time and generally she is energetic. She makes greeting , chats students briefly while adjusting her materials. Then she writes the topic abd the main points on the blackboard. Next she starts to converse about the topic and she is always eager to learn students ideas, thoughts about the topic. She wirites the key words of student’s ideas on blackboard, whole calss talk abot these ideas which give some clue about the main feelings in poem. So she succeeds in making students ready to learn.
She gives some clues about the poem that student are goД±ng to read, sometimes thД±s can be a video , or song. After that the teacher and students read the poem and then start to discuss and comment on on poem. The teacher characterized the main person or situation of poem,and incite students to think about that. At thД±s stage , sometimes she ask for help from students to perform a small stage play in order to clarify key points of the poem. So the teacher makes students live the event.
But there are some negativenesses about lessons. For example ; lap top is not enough for confortable watching and sometimes , some students abuse teacher’s tolerance and the learning atmosphere damaged.
Part II
When we evaluate ENG 332 as a whole considering Д±ts strengths and weaknesses , we should esamine the teaching techniques and teacher-student realionships. Because these are main points whД±ch are unsual and useful.
FД±rstly the teacher is not a classic teacher , so t he lessons are always lectured Д±n a enjoyable and positive way. The teacher-student relationship is also uncommon, the teacher acts as afriend of students. Thanks
