Self Reflection PaperClearFit Reflection ParagraphThe ClearFit report stated many things that I agreed with and many that I disagreed with. I absolutely agree with the report stating that I work effectively in most team environments where the team outcome depends on the contributions of others. However, it is not true that I prefer independent work over group work. I absolutely love working as a team and working through every challenge together. For instance, I was required to do a group project for the course global management which is a part of my first year studies as it’s worth 20% of my overall mark. I extremely enjoyed working with my group as we always worked very effectively and finished each part of the assignment on time. I worked much better on this project than I did on my own on the individual assignments. Moreover, the report was very accurate as it stated, I love being successful and getting the desired results at work. No matter how many failures I face, I always get back up and get right to the challenge until I reach my destination. Furthermore, I totally agree with what the report had to say about me on Leading and influencing roles. I don`t always seek the role of leadership as I don’t like to hog the leadership place all the time and believe everyone should have a chance to prove themselves worthy. Contrarily, I do believe I have what it takes to be a leader. If along the way on my road of success, I have to be a leader, I will take this role with full responsibility and perform with the best of my ability. In addition, I am very open to others ideas and beliefs but not when it interferes with mine. I am willing to put others needs before mine but not ideas and opinions. I like to stay on my side and keep arguing until I win the argument with my opinion. Once again I agree with what ClearFit analysed about me on growth and workplace citizenship. I like to accept accountability for my work and expect good appreciation for good work. In other words, if I put in hard work, I also expect a satisfying

I was trying to build on the work I did for a company of my own in order to build the foundation that was going to grow in a similar way. I started from the bottom up, my goal was to find the best people, and make it happen. After a few months of that, I saw I had one of the fastest growing companies in the business, I met a young woman. She was my dream.She worked a lot of positions (co/investment banking, global government, international relations etc). She was the one that gave me some inspiration and the chance to lead one organization, the first company was founded over an 11 month period. We started from the bottom up with the intention of doing something that everyone can accomplish, this was very much the basis we were given when we joined the company.This is why I still remember the many beautiful women that worked tirelessly and worked even faster than me: those would tell incredible stories of how excited they got. I remember when I joined this company, I was just a little girl and I had a lot of problems with everything. But I knew I wanted to lead. I had so many ambitions. I could have made my dreams come true, have my own goal but I wanted the good to come true.So, for the first time in my life, I finally had some choice. I wanted to live my life as a productive and passionate artist. I wanted to stay on my side and work hard. The company was a huge success and the people who followed the company were amazing. I am in the very early phases of one of these changes, the last year after all this time I finally found out I had achieved my dream. I had an amazing life working with the people I met who helped me through all my difficulties. I am excited and ready to make my dream come true.
I was very fortunate to have great opportunity and time and I was only in the 11 month and over 1 year phase. This was my happiest time of my life. My life changed.I never once thought I wanted to be that person in my dreams. I never thought I would be able to build a company or grow. At that moment I was actually in the early stages of my dream and I couldn’t believe i was standing here.I didn’t really think of any other reason to be on this path but even when a few words came to mind, I was able to connect with these amazing people. I wanted them to be there for me and it was something I will never forget. At the same time, the day after that, we had a huge meeting with over 100 people who had just become part of this new environment. I just felt like I could connect and become part of this new group of people, I felt like that was something I could do.I was so excited to work with the people now that I am in my very early stages, but it was very much not what I envisioned when I started. What we had been talking about before was that the company was very focused on technology. It is not just that some employees had a job to do for awhile, and the whole staff needed something to do or get done. But we had these high expectations of technology. The goal of getting to 100% was our dream, and they couldn’t get enough of those guys. They started the tech team and became a real force to be reckoned with. That’s what made me believe as much as anybody that I could succeed. At the time as I was putting together this new group, I was only really starting to think that I could help those guys that had been living in some of my old companies. It was amazing. It was an amazing feeling so I thought, “this is our dream of getting a great team in charge of developing a product and in my team I could also help others. What would I do if I asked them to help me achieve that dream?” I have great hope at that moment that we can actually do this and we have great plans for the future of our team. ‟I can’t wait.The first two stories of my life were inspired by an amazing young man named Mark Zuckerberg, a guy that’s had plenty of life experiences in the past few years. At the time, I thought of him as a guy who I knew by heart that I love. He was also at the college where I graduated that November morning, doing stuff in a college setting that was a lot like what I do in my day–something that, for many small things like that, I think is important to many people in the world.Mark got a full head of hair and a huge heart, and I have always been kind of a man of few words, so I’ve always been kind of like that guy. He was a guy that I knew at the time as an extremely passionate guy, but who also really knew me very well, and had a lot of passion. He was so very much a kind and devoted boy, and really loved his company, which I think he is going to be very happy about in a couple months’ time. Mark always had the feeling that when you get a chance to work with an amazing person, in a large way, your self-esteem is going to soar, and I think his enthusiasm got to the next level. He never went out and did anything that seemed out of character, yet he definitely was always looking back to that moment every time he walked into my office. As you can imagine, he definitely was that guy. We started chatting and talking and talking about where we wanted to go forward and who we needed to bring to the table. The guy had been in it for a long time, I think. I don’t think we thought we could get along.He was really in that group and he loved that place. It was always nice to really be there for his company so he always said, it was exciting to meet a guy with a lot of energy and a lot of fun and it was great to see how people were coming to live in some pretty hot, bright and sunny parts of town. He never had that moment when he felt like he was on his own, this man who could have been a good man and maybe have a different outlook. I was also in there for him and as soon as he left, Mark came back to me and said, “hey, I had a great meeting at some place that was pretty cool, I’d like to go up there as

and we started talking about what to do. The first thing to do is to try to find a place somewhere that’s safe and clean for you guys, a place that you can relax and be yourself. It was definitely a little bit of a walk, but I think that it really helped, too. Mark took the whole process and put us into the building as a unit, so maybe that helped people a lot. He went over a lot of things, and I think that helped him a great deal out there. After a few more meetings, we started talking about our different plans for moving forward, and we all decided that’s how it’s going to be over the next few months, or until we are ready to build out an actual building. This wasn’t just a big decision. I think it’s what most people do when they are ready to move forward. This was a very big decision. But I feel that we all want the same thing: to work together, to share success, and to create a better world, one that is better for everyone. I hope one of us can finally bring that to fruition and bring some of the things that we saw in 2014 to this one. That’s where most of the changes that we wanted happened, in the design process as well. We knew it was going to be a pretty big update, even if it wasn’t ready for prime time (when our first plan). However, we couldn’t wait to see what they are planning to do next, and they were working hard together to try to help us get there. So we figured we would take action and try to do something great. After some thought, we got on a plane to Miami to see the first home run game by the Dodgers. That’s where the news that we were going to kick off was from, it went viral, and the story actually got quite viral. But, I also think things just slowed after that, and it has been one of the hardest years for us. We’re still waiting on the news, because it seems like it’s going to take a while but we should get to it soon. I’m sure we have a lot in the works to change things, I can’t even begin with that. We hope to have a
’s launch on the following day, in Miami, and that we will be ready to announce that this new home run game will be on the road this July. For these first few weeks we are in Miami, playing at the University of Miami. We are a team full of fans, so it is easy to get lost in the crowd. We have a full schedule of games, but after seeing this game from the first day, we have really enjoyed coming to work this summer for a brand new team and I think it’s always nice to see something new at home, especially in this market where we’t love baseball. The next step is building out our own office and growing our business. Our goal from the first day was a couple of changes. First, we want to be better at communicating. That has been our goal for a while, but once we have that figured out, we can be a more focused place. And second of all, we want to be a bigger location, so we’t have a more professional presence in other parts of the city. We have been thinking about that before (so many other things) because we are now in a major city and our brand is something that we have been striving as well. However, we still have time. And third, when we look at the next step, our main things are getting back to the real plans of building and building that new building. In 2014 they had a big remodel project, and in 2013 they had a new renovation project. So that is a different situation. I really can’t wait to see what they are up to in 2015. This summer I think they want to do a new stadium. That is just cool to see. And really, we are excited for that game in September. I think that it will be a cool experience for fans and for us to be able to come and bring home some of the very best soccer players in the world to do something great in Miami. In a lot of ways these years have been a tough year for us. We took a pretty decent amount of shots down here in Miami during the summer, and that really affected on their home season. That was a real pain when we came to Miami;s city, and it is going to be a real
’t tough time with all of that. The only real thing we’t want to do differently is we want to work across the spectrum, a little bit more, something new, something different. And next year we will be doing a new stadium, but I don’t think the stadium will change much. We are going to build out that building we have planned to build across the spectrum for a year to show our fans, and we will be able to get on this plane of a new stadium by the mid-summer. We will do some extra training, and some smaller ones, and we’t have that to do with the home games.
And last, but not least, we want to show off our team of the year with the new logo. I know we can’t look great and we will.
All in all, our first week in business, and I think it’s going to be awesome. It’s not hard. We have a full schedule, we are building out a facility at a lot of places with a lot of fans over here, and we are going to be able to get a lot of people back around there, and it has been phenomenal!
So next season will be our regular season. We will have a little bit more time between games, but I believe that our new stadium will move to the east coast, and then we will see what happens at the MLS level. Next year it will be on the southwest border of the United States. That will move over north of the border into another region, and then we will move our players to the north of the United States. We have a lot of experience over here. And we want to give the fans a second chance to see things and see some of the players play. We are going to be making major improvements with the new players in Miami. Let`s get to it!
The next couple of weeks are good for us. My goal is to go home to Miami like I have done for 15 years. That is one of the best feeling days of my life.
