Zappos
Paper 3 Zappos
In the closing case, “Zappos”, this case shows how the company creates a cultural/ family like environment between the managers, employees, and customers. This case demonstrates how culture plays a key role in the Zappos business. And, if one wishes to pursue a job for this company, they have to be prepared to learn to care about the customer, as well as the job that they must take on.
