Abstract
The world has been bombarded by snow-falling information related to cloud computing since 2006, when Googles chief executive Eric Schmidt publicly introduced the term. From Silicon Valley and its trickled down to India over the past few years, everyone wants to fly high on the cloud, but it seems to be a dismal story in adoption of this technology. This paper is trying to form three modules for a firm to evaluate the applicability and suitability of cloud computing to them.
Literature Review
a. There is rarely any paper to deliberate on whether or not to adopt Cloud computing from a firms perspective
b. The factors and module for the evaluation on technology adoption is missing, which is identified as the research gap

Definition of Cloud computing
Cloud computing is Internet-based computing, whereby shared resources, software and information are provided to computers and other devices on-demand, like a public utility.[1]
To date, there is no precise definition on cloud computing, it could either be a loosely referred as a technical term with its enabling technology, or a business model mostly often in reference to SaaS(Software as a Service), nevertheless, the writer is in favor of the following definition:
