MDMA, or more commonly referred to as ecstacy, x, ex, or xtc, is a drug that is usually taken orally that, in the short term, causes the user to feel openness, euphoria, empathy, love, and heightened self-awareness. Scientists are still unaware of exactly what the long term effects of ecstacy are. Though, they do know that it has a chance of causing long term depression because it miscues the release of serotonin. Some side effects of ecstacy are dilated pupils, euphoria, empathy, sweaty palms, heavy sweating, and muscle spasms. There were studies done on animals by the U.S. Army that proved that there is a lethal dose of ecstacy. It is very controversial as to whether or not ecstacy is addictive because of the fact that in Germany, previously categorized addicts made an improvement without any treatment at all. It is also unknown if a tolerance can be developed to the drug. Withdrawl symptoms are still unclear. Ecstacy has been illegal since 1985. Before that, therapists used it for medicinal reasons. Ecstacy is illegal in the U.S. and you will go to jail for 99 years to life for use, possession, selling and/or dealing. Some amazing facts about ecstacy include the fact that ecstacy was pattented by a German company called Merck. It was also used as an appetite supressant.
GHB is another club drug that is known on the streets as G, juice, and liquid x. GHB comes in a liquid form and it is commonly referred to as “the date rape drug”. Though one of the street names for GHB is liquid x, its effects are nothing like those of ecstacy. The effects of GHB are like those of alcohol, if taken in small doses. When GHB is taken in high doses, it may cause amnesia, dizziness, and unconsciousness. Over the long term, people may become physicaly and mentally addicted. The long term effects of GHB are still unknown. Overdoses are very possible with GHB, and it makes the consumer of the drug sleep for many hours with no way of awakening them; many times this ends with death. GHB is can be addictive and the withdrawl effects include hallucinations, anxiety, sweating,
Foggy Mood. The foggy state or stupor caused by GHB can cause one or more headaches, dizziness, pain, confusion, or even depression. As an alternative to G, juice or liquid, GHB works like a chemical relaxant. This relaxant is produced either by the stomach’s natural relaxation system, or by a powerful chemical known as the methylene glycol. This molecule binds to any molecules in the body and releases an invisible hydroxide to cause pain or a coma and other adverse effects. This hydroxide is similar in taste to GHB but the hydroxides are in a very different form to GHB. The hydroxide binding process makes the hydroxides very attractive to GHB users. A lot of the GHB users will experience a feeling of guilt, anger, loneliness, guilt or even guilt and often, even fear. Others will have problems concentrating and get frustrated. The gimp’s response to things like a trip to the store, how they are going to sell to him at a party, will always be to ask politely. It doesn’t matter if gimp behavior is not right for him, he still knows what’s in it, if no one is listening. This makes the gimp less anxious but more open about his issues and can talk to them easily, more freely, without the hassle of being locked in another room with the gimp. GHB can also cause heart attacks. Sometimes, when GHB is taken orally, the body responds by decreasing the secretion of certain carcinogens in the blood. This is called vasorelaxation.
