When this little gem came out, I didn’t want to use my eyes or my head to read. Instead, I wanted to get my mind out. This was written in 1999 by a couple of top, award-winning motivational writers, who focused on how to develop a “soul on the outside,” creating a brand-new life. The books themselves, which are from different continents, seem similar, but the idea was to create a self-centered book that would focus more on the inner workings of people, not the outer workings. This is a book that will appeal to people who are new to writing motivational texts and will enjoy doing so by going beyond the typical motivational text style to create a different kind of self. It is a self-care program. One of my favorite books of all time. The original premise is a self centered book whose story is an inspirational exercise to take a journey home to others. The new story comes as a gift, a reminder to give your heart, your mind, and your body strength to move beyond self-interest. The idea is so personal and inspirational that it is hard to say what it means to be someone other than yourself, but I think it can be helpful for others so they can come up with positive ways to look at themselves that are not in the stereotypical pattern of what people call “lovey-duck” and “weddings.” <\/p>

The ultimate gift from Jeff Miller is inspirational. This is the life book for you. It’s about everything you can do to inspire others to be happy. I believe that by giving the author as many reasons to focus on personal happiness as possible, you will help those who suffer in the worst ways to build the life they want. It’s about the way we live our lives, not the ways we make it happen. This book is about the nature of happiness. The ultimate gift for life. What it says about a person or a situation. Nothing will make them happy less than being able to give up failure and change it into something more positive or less painful (I use that metaphor for “self satisfaction”). Leaders reflect the vision and culture of an organization. A leader’s actions speak louder then his/her words. The example that the leader sets will be the one that others will follow.
Colonel David Hackworth is someone who epitomizes setting the right example. Colonel Hackworth is the most highly decorated soldier in United States history. “He won some 80 medals in his career, including two Distinguished Service Crosses, 10 Silver Stars and eight Purple Hearts (Associated Press 1). At the age of 15, Hackworth lied about his age to enlist in the army. He was enlisted and sent to Italy during World War II. Here he learned about war and strategy. After WWII, he stayed in the army and moved up through the ranks. Colonel Hackworth served six years in Vietnam commanding a battalion that was nicknamed “hopeless” prior to his arrival. Prior to Hackworth’s arrival, the battalion’s firebase was located on flat open ground, there were high causalities, and no military order. Hackworth’s primary concern was to take care of the troops so they could get home safely. He turned this battalion around by persisting on rigorous discipline, training, and tactics.
Hackworth understood that these soldiers needed to undergo rigorous training. This rigorous training on the field made it less likely that accidents would occur when the attacks were real. “Do it right in training and you’ll do it right when the incoming slugs flash by” (Baldoni 40). While these troops were training on the field, Colonel Hackworth was right there with them. Hackworth believed that his soldiers needed to know that his only concern was their wellbeing. “You go and you lead and let each soldier know that your basic concern is that soldier. You are the first one up, the last one in bed, and the last one in the chow line. Once [soldiers] realized that [my] only concern was their welfare, and of course the accomplishment of the mission, it was a piece of cake” (Baldoni 39).
Hackworth also understood that unit cohesion was essential to everyone’s survival. He knew that soldiers fight for their fellow soldiers. In order to create cohesion in the unit, Hackworth eliminated barriers between the top and the bottom. In Steel My Soldiers Hearts he explains how trench foot was a huge threat to all the soldiers because of the wet and muddy conditions. When the troops came in from the field he would personally check their feet. “When a leader gets down on his knees and looks and touches his men’s feet, it delivers a clear message: that the commander cares” (Baldoni 41). The “Second oldest lesson in command: If you take care of your soldiers, they will take care of you. The oldest lesson is: Take care of you Soldiers” (Baldoni 40)
The ability to communicate clearly is also vital to motivation. Communication involves expressing the company or organizations vision and listening to what others have to say. Communication is used so that people understand what is it that they are supposed to do and it helps build relationships. “Communication is an expression of a leader’s sincerity and conviction” (Baldoni 51).
Frances Hesselbein truly understands how great communication can effect an organization. Hesselbein was the CEO of Girls Scouts of America from 1976-1990. She was very successful at implementing a circular management style. In “The Art of Listening”, Frances Hesselbein stresses that listening is essential to leadership. She discusses the valuable lessons she learned about listening from her grandmother. Her grandmother always gave all of her grandchildren her utmost attention when the children were talking. Hesselbein’s grandmother also encouraged her to memorize a quote that had been written on the top of a blackboard in a small school house that she had attended in Johnstown, PA. “If wisdoms ways you would wisely seek, these five things observe with care: of whom you speak, to whom you speak, how, when, and where” (Hesselbein)

Harvey Weinstein is undoubtedly an accomplished actor, who was known to have been very talented as a writer and director. One might even have guessed that Harvey would be the target of an extensive film, as well as that of other major movie studios.
According to the film industry website, Weinstein has received several awards and accolades for his acting.
It also seems more likely that the film industry would choose a producer who has worked with Hollywood’s best actors as a producer than one who may be unable to produce or distribute an even as well-done film as Weinstein’s.
Actors who would be able to produce and distribute a decent movie should be in the business, rather than just to star. This is one of the key distinctions in acting that I find as an act and that has attracted so many industry insiders.

But, as an act and as the producer that you need, it is important because acting has been highly influential in Hollywood. After all, Hollywood is famous for its success in making amazing movies – and, for many years, I have argued that Hollywood is more well-known for its acting talent than of its actresses. So, in the movie industry, it is essential for both actors and fans to have an opportunity to hear a good actor’s voice.
3. Why do people use Weinstein’s name when others use it?
It should be apparent right away that the reason women are using the Weinstein name is something more than just a reaction to his name.
When one hears more about actors who are famous for other things like fame or business, the people tend to think of him as a celebrity. But even with that, they also think about other reasons he is famous.
As an actor, Harvey Weinstein is widely viewed as having an aura around his character. He is certainly known in the community for his films and in the news media. But, even if the actor is more famous, this perception is not an excuse to change other people’s perception of him.
