Comcast was founded in 1963 which at that time the company was known as American Cable Systems. This Company was founded by Ralph J. Roberts. The company mission, which is known as a credo for Comcast is, “Comcast will deliver a superior experience to our customer every day. Our product will be the best and we will offer the most customer-friendly and reliable in the market.”
A strength the company has, been in business longer than most of the other cable companies. Now there has been a lot of companies that has tried to succeed but wasnt successful. Now on the other hand you have the third party companies trying to establish cable, internet, and phone. What I mean by third party would be the fact where you have wireless companies providing internet, cable, and phone! Their main objective was not to provide cable, internet, and phone it was to provide wireless service! So that factor right there shows why that is strength that Comcast has. Comcasts is a primary provider that main source is internet, cable, and phone services.
Another strength that Comcast has is the ability to provide different bundles for customers. When have a different number of customer and all of them are different. Now in my opinion the reason why this is strength of Comcast is only because with Comcast when you bundle things together you save money and Comcast makes sure that we stress that to the customer as much as we can! Comcast would rather save our customers money, rather than lose our customers to a competitor.
So we all know there are no perfect companies. Yes there are some weaknesses that Comcast has. Lets get started with the first one! Comcast is going through a CLEANING OF THE HOUSE phase right now. What is meant by that is, getting rid of an employee that doesnt exercise good Customer service. Comcast is dealing with having some employees with a case of the worst customer service. The company is basically taken care of that as we speak. Comcast does not tolerate bad customer service. Regardless if we give great services to the customers it doesnt mean anything is the employees isnt practicing great customer service.
Of course there is another weakness that Comcast has! Even though we dont pay the contractors they are still apart of Comcast when they are delivering the Comcast services. Yes there are techs that are actually employees of Comcast, but we have contractors that install service. We have repeatedly has bad feedback about our contractors, on how they have lied about go to a customer home or even just being disrespectful with customers. How are we going to continue being one of the first and reliable cable, internet, and phone providers if we cant get the simple jobs correctly which is providing Great Customer Service. So with that being said we are in the processing of hiring more techs directly for Comcast not
We believe in our internet service not our cable?
I just want to be clear, it does not mean that if Comcast can’t offer great service than it certainly can. As I say, Comcast does not provide great service in Canada. If we were to get a commission to provide that service we would be paying for our cable. There is no money or services that Comcast provides in Canada. That alone is unacceptable and I have told people who they are and their families to look it up. However if we are to offer service to Canadians the quality of service that Comcast provides will only need to be greater than what I can provide, but not to any great price.
Can I use Comcast’s other services as my “customer service”?
Yes. We accept other types of services such as the internet. I will always support other cable providers. That just means it is your choice.
Can I use Comcast’s other services as my “customer service”?
The only difference between customers and us is of course that the customer would be happy to pay for the customer service, but I believe they will also pay for services they do not really need. While I don’t want the customers to have to spend money, I do want them satisfied, and in many places Comcast knows this. However it’s about time we put some work into what happens and we’re all focused on improving. We want those that are satisfied or that have paid their respects and they want to be pleased. It isn’t about getting it right or fixing it or making great progress. We see every customer satisfaction coming from our providers. When the first customer comes to Comcast they get a really good experience, and we want to make sure that they get there without having to pay any cost for the service.
Can I charge for some of the services my Comcast will provide.
In order for my Comcast to have a 100 Mbps speed service, you will have to pay for all the services required. While we have some major problems at present, we are constantly working with Comcast to make sure that everything is working fine. This means that if we get a customer’s voice, we will provide a service that works for all of the various things we depend on. We try to have a great deal for our customers and they trust us to do this correctly. As of right now, we have almost 100% of all of our connections working as fast as possible. I also believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that our broadband internet is working at a smooth curve. There’s always the customer as the contractor, and I want all of us to have the same connection but be able to do some different tasks and perform the same work. With that said, the other things that Comcast can’t deliver are basic cable, internet, data, and so on that have a poor reputation for being good
