Project â Company Dinner & Dance  IntroductionWhen times are good, corporate companies that has been doing well in their business would usually give recognition and reward to their employees by hosting an event called the Dinner and Dance (D&D) â it is a special night filled with lots of laughter, fun, good food and line up with entertainment programs for their employees to enjoy and have fun!Dinner and Dance is also another way for employers to thank their employees for the good services contributed to the company for the past one year.Such event not only motivate employees, but also create bonding sessions between the working colleagues. It is an opportunity for all employees to gather together and have fun.  No work and simply just to come together and have fun and pamper with good food and marvelous entertainment host by professional. Employee recognition rewards commonly can be a plaque, travel/shopping vouchers, cash and etc.  Home appliances and Information Technology Gettage usually are the hot picks during the Dinner and Dance Event.  These little appreciation token could make employees feel being recognized and greatly motivated,   An event entertainment company usually would be engaged to host this important event. Standard package would include one emcee, singers and photographer.I have chosen Winson Medical Center to be the project to work on for their Annual Dinner and Dance. Door gifts and awards presentation are also part of the event, and their confirmation and finalization are necessary. The project requires a dry run of the Dinner and Dance event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Certain requirements need to be met, such as securing the event venue and planner, making logistic arrangements, providing a venue location map, and preparing cheques or payments. The project excludes reimbursement of cab fare, as transportation will be provided to and fro at the MRT pick-up point. Additionally, beer, wine, and soft drinks will be provided free-flow throughout the night, but ordering hard liquor such as whisky will be at the staff’s own expense. The food menu includes ten dishes, and any additional packs for take-home will be at the staff’s own expense.
