I have examined measures that will help factory to be well organized. As company records shows, productivity and profit margin are not good so far. Profit for this company can rise just by adapting some new steps. To collect data for this report, I studied professional and government publications. I also inquired at other companies about the perfect organization.
This report presents data describing the significance of the problem, three recommendations based on my investigation.
Significance of Problem: companys reputation and productivity losses This fruit factory is not organized in a proper way which may affect the following:
Productivity of the company Profit margin will be very low Reputation decrease Employers will not be loyal for their works Future of the company My effort is to make this company well organized as other companies. Recommendation 1: Dress and Sanitation In a factory setting, its a priority that clothing promotes employee comfort and safety, yet still conveys a positive image. Dress codes should be based on types of work done by employees. Dress code for a factory worker should not be as strict as those put into effect for an employee. These include not wearing anything that is too revealing. Dress code plays a vital role in keeping the working environment maintained and smooth by providing a reasonable dress code. If employees will dress in their own style ,then workplace will become disordered which will affect both production and professionalism. Dress codes differentiate between the positions of every employer. For example, White aprons for workers/ labor Sky blue aprons for supervisor Dark blue aprons for technician Wear hairnet after entering the factory Use of safety shoes inside the factory Proper sanitation by providing cleaning rules to every employ
Cost depends on the number of employers.
Recommendation 2: Financially well organized According to Elliots, “Being Financially Well Organized means you have assessed your personal and business goals and developed a plan for achieving these. You are confident that your action plan will provide financial security for you and those important to you, now and in the future. We make becoming financially well-organized easy.” And if this company will be Financially Well Organized, then factory will keep on top of any changes or developments in any situation or the broader market
