Wrist grounding strap

Procedure
Connected a computer to a monitor and recorded the memory available, hard drive, processes, and disk management.
Turn the computer off and proceeded to disassembling the computer.
Opened the tower of the computer case and put on my wrist grounding strap.
When I was done disassembling the computer, I started reassembling it.
With my grounding strap still on, I placed the PSU in the case first. I put it in the lower left of the case and screwed it on properly.
