In different countries, the influence of many factors such as economic, political, legal peoples views on the work are different. Therefore, there is no general and most general definition of work.To understand the concept and nature of work, we must relate to the category of labor because they are closely interrelated. Labor is a necessary and indispensable element of man, it is necessary activity and tied to the interests of man. Each individual in the social fabric itself occupies certain positions. Every position occupied by a worker in a social production system as a combination of other factors in the production process is called a work.Everyone works, but what is considered as work depends on the workers and the people on the receiving end. One may work on a farm, in a law firm, supermarket… However, as society is stepping into a much more technologically advanced age, what is categorized as work are broaden. Generally, work is seen as an activity with clear responsibilities assign to a person with the goal of achieving a certain objective. The person, in turn, receive compensation for their effort in partaking that activity, which mostly in form of money. My definition of work covers that and other activities that involve reciprocal exchange of services and goods. For something to be considered as work, it must meet three conditions – there is a need, something that is lacking, something that is unfinished that calls out to be complete; an intention to fulfill that need; and the intervening means, that is the transition from intention to completion (Steere 6-7).

Work is a category that exists objectively in the production of society, depending on the existing conditions of production. An employee is considered employed when occupying a certain position in the social production system. Thanks to employment, workers can create jobs for themselves and their families. An activity is considered to be employment when it has the following characteristics. These are the jobs in which workers receive remuneration, which are the work that workers earn for themselves and their families. that must be recognized by law. In fact, work is recognized in form do the work to get pay, salary or artwork for that job, for the benefit of oneself, which itself has the right to use or ownership of part or all of the means of production to carry out that work and for the household but not be paid in the form of salary or wage for that work. This includes agricultural production, non-farm economic activities owned or managed by the head of household or another household member. Most people’s opinion of work is similar in regard to what is involved. A service provider (e.g. a plumber, a nurse, etc.…) put their effort into delivering goods or services to another party (the customer) and in return receive accommodation whether through their employer or the customers themselves. Work is a category that exists objectively in the production of society, depending on the existing conditions of production. An employee is considered employed when occupying a certain position in the social production system.
